Guest Access:

• Guests will have access to the entire property during their stay.



Parking Information:

• The driveway can accommodate 5–6 cars with proper arrangement.

• Street and sidewalk parking is strictly prohibited and may result in your vehicle being towed.



Overflow & Overnight Parking:

• Additional parking is available at the clubhouse area on a first-come, first-served basis (look for the red flags).

• If you need overnight parking, use the designated area near the lake, located by the entrance of the security gate, directly across the street from 3890 Sonoma (at the Sonoma Resort B-pass area).



• Guests have full access to the Sonoma Resort clubhouse, which offers a large resort-style swimming pool with a hot tub and poolside loungers, a fitness center, a children’s playground, and scenic walking and jogging trails.



The Neighborhood:

Sonoma Resort in Orlando, Florida is located next to The Loop, a shopping and entertainment hub. It’s

only minutes away from Disney World, Universal Orlando, and SeaWorld, championship golf courses,

upscale brand outlets, and malls..



Guests will gain full access to the resort facilities, which features a luxury Clubhouse with a lounge, a large resort style swimming pool with poolside loungers, a jacuzzi, a fitness facility, and walking/jogging trails.



Getting Around:

Please feel free to park your cars on the driveway. It’s important to keep the parked cars off of the street. Thank you!



Other Things to Note:

• For a smooth and secure check-in experience, all guests may be required to complete ID and Enso Boarding Pass verification before arrival. Check-in instructions will be shared once verification is completed. Thank you for helping us ensure a seamless stay!

• Please note that the pool table and foosball are currently unavailable. We apologize for the inconvenience and our team is actively working to resolve the issue.

• Please note that the property may appear slightly different from the photos, reflecting natural changes and ongoing improvements.



Additional Services:

• Pool heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $35/night, which we provide upon request. Please note that heating service is available with a minimum stay of 2 nights. Feel free to reach out for more details.



Pet Friendly:

• Up to 2 pets are welcome (max 55 lbs each). Pets above this may be accepted with prior approval. Please share a few details about your pet when booking so we can prepare accordingly.

• A pet fee of $129 will be added at the time of booking if the pet is added to the reservation. If no pet is declared during booking, we will collect the fee separately.

• If you have more than one pet, please note that an extra fee per pet will also be collected after booking confirmation.

→ Planning a BBQ? A propane tank is available for a one-time $69 charge. Let us know in advance, and we’ll make sure you’re all set to grill and enjoy!

House Rules:

Sonoma Resort Policies – Please see below the resort's check-in and check-out policy:

Check-In: Guests must arrive at their scheduled check-in time once the home is ready. Early arrivals are not allowed, and guests cannot enter the property or use amenities before check-in.

Check-Out: Guests must vacate the property on the scheduled check-out day.

1. Parties, events and smoking/vaping are prohibited in or around our property.

2. Please don’t smoke inside my home or you will be charged a $150 fine or your full security deposit

3. Please don’t check-out late or you’ll be charged a $150 fine per hour past check-out

4. Large messes will cost up to one extra cleaning fee. Please clean up after yourself and any pets.

5. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited on the property.

• If any of these house rules are broken, you and your group may be subject to additional charges or be requested to vacate the property immediately without refund.
