The home was very clean and welcoming also, had a fenced in back yard for our dog, which made it very easy to let her out. The neighborhood was very quiet and was perfect for a weekend getaway

We started visting Wilmington and all of the wonderful places it has to offer. We fell in love with it so much we decided to buy a house here and visit as much as possible while renting it out to people like us who are just trying to escape for a bit.

Why they chose this property

This neighborhood felt safe, comfortable, near amenities like restaurants and shopping. But the real attraction is nearby Carolina Beach and Kure beach. It offers the best of both worlds. You can have tons of fun at the lively Carolina Beach and its Boardwalk or you can enjoy the peace and serenity at nearby Kure Beach.

What makes this property unique

Our property stands out from the rest because it is centrally located, just far enough from the beach so you don't pay beach prices but only a short 8 minute drive away. Our house has also enjoys an open concept and has been recently renovated with a beautiful kitchen and stunnding bathroom remodels.
