100% refund of first payment if cancelled at least 90 or more days prior to the check-in date less $200 to cover booking and handling.


50% of first payment if cancelled between 60- 90 days prior to the check-in date less $200 to cover booking and handling.


0% if cancelled less than 60 days prior to check-in date.


The $1,000 damage deposit will always be refunded if the reservation is cancelled.
