In for a Conference. Located on a quiet side street centrally located. Place was comfortable and just 5 minutes from the Convention Center.

It was kinda dirty and one of the bedrooms had no working light source. The images did match the place however so that was good, I knew what I was getting myself into with no surprises.

The place was dirty and old looking, everything was just nasty. We didn't stay and I contacted the host to let him know, we are not staying because of the place being dirty. I demanded a refund and he refused. I showed him pictures of some of the dirty things in the house. He said they are not dirty just old and that he will not refund me my money back.

Hi Bettina, some coffee ground in the glass coffee pot. The edge of the tub caulking is just paint and not dirt, and you were trying to find reasons to get refund so thats why your left this review and didnt even stay at the property.
