The Space:

Island House #12 is perfectly situated on the stunning Rum Point Bioluminescent Bay. This unit offers direct waterfront views of the Bio Bay and are just a one-minute walk across to Rum Point Beach. The Island Houses are also surrounded by lush garden landscaping, which can be enjoyed right from the unit.

Take your complimentary kayaks out at night right off the beach for an incredible glowing nocturnal experience! Kayak at your own self paced private tours nightly, and save hundreds vs. guided tours.

The best bioluminescence conditions are during a new moon, when the sky is at its darkest, and glow visibility is at its strongest. The blue bio glow is best seen by kayak from 7:30 to 11:00 pm.

Bedrooms:

Upstairs, the spacious master bedroom includes a super comfy new (2025) medium-firm California King with a king-size memory foam bed for extra comfort, an en-suite bathroom, and a private balcony overlooking the water. Please note: due to its softness, it may not offer the preferred level of support for guests who require a firmer mattress.

The second bedroom includes two queen beds and its own en-suite bath and balcony. Both rooms are equipped with flat-screen TVs and luxury linens. The villa comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests.

Interior Features:

The villa features an open-concept layout with modern furnishings, a sunken sunroom, and wide patio doors that bring in the ocean breeze. The fully equipped kitchen includes new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and an oversized island with seating. Enjoy meals indoors or dine casually in the sunroom with a view. A full laundry room with washer and dryer is located on the main level.

Starter Essentials Provided:

Each booking includes 5 rolls of toilet paper, 2 rolls of paper towels, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent, a blow dryer, iron, and ironing board. Please note that shampoo and conditioner are not provided.

Outdoor Highlights:

Step outside to a private stretch of sandy beach and enjoy access to 3 two-person kayaks and 5 adult bikes at no extra charge. Relax in the screened lanai or take in the night sky while kayaking through the rare Bioluminescent Bay—right outside your door.

Check‑In & Check‑Out:

After booking, you’ll receive detailed arrival information by email, and your unique door code before arrival.

Arrival is any time after 4:00 PM with keyless entry; early check‑in may be possible depending on cleaning schedules and can be confirmed with the property manager closer to arrival.

Check‑out is self‑service @ 11:00 AM, with clear instructions provided; late check‑out is only available if pre‑arranged, as we need time to prepare for incoming guests.
