We loved our stay! Fit the 7 of us perfectly. The cooler, chairs, towels, and stocked kitchen made for such a convenient and nice trip.

Check in was supposed to be at 3:00 but the cleaners were still cleaning when we arrived and told us it would be 30 min more even though we’d received a text saying we could check in. We had to ask them for more bath towels before they left because they hadn’t left enough. They must have missed the broken beach chair because we had to ask for another. We rented this place specifically because it had “access” to tennis and pickleball. We found out to play it was 10 per person to play which for us 60 dollars a day. It might be best to explain what “access” actually meant. We were hoping to play daily as we had at The Cliffs the 5 days before. Somewhat misrepresented and disappointing

We apologize for the short delay at arrival and for the need to request additional towels and a replacement beach chair. Both items were quickly addressed. We do, however, respectfully disagree that the tennis and pickleball access was “misrepresented.” Guests at this property do have access to the nearby Poipu Kai courts. “Access” does not indicate that court fees are complimentary or included with the vacation rental. We understand that the fee structure differed from what the guest experienced elsewhere, but amenities, fees, and operating arrangements vary between resorts and are not controlled by Parrish. We will nevertheless review the listing language to determine whether any clarification is warranted.
