You will fall in love with our newly renovated cabin Summer Breeze. Truly relax and enjoy family and/or friends while gazing at nature's wonder with great views of the Smoky Mountains especially sunsets arrayed with ribbons of color. Hike, soak in the hot tub, play pool, grill fresh rainbow trout or steaks, or just hang out with your loved ones. This is the place to have fun and recharge your batteries.

Just 15 minutes to Gatlinburg and 25 minutes to Pigeon Forge, and 25 minutes to Newport, TN it is right in the middle of all the action but being off the beaten path and in a quite part of the mountain.

During downtime, pop your favorite show on the flat-screen smart TV and relax while the wood fireplace crackles. To turn things up a notch, head up to the loft to play a round of foosball with your loved ones.

For a breath of fresh air, rock your worries away on the balcony or melt into the private hot tub to admire the soothing seasonal mountain views. On warm days, make your way to the community pool of Cobbly Knob to make a splash.

When everyone gets hungry, get to work in the home's fully equipped kitchen outfitted with stainless steel appliances and generous beautiful granite countertops. A breakfast bar, 6-person table, and patio furniture on the deck, you can easily savor meals inside or out.

The cabin has 3 bedrooms all with king sized beds, jacuzzi tubs, smart TVs and a full bath. The master on the top level has soaring ceilings and a large flat screen TV. All bedrooms have private covered balconies to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee and listen to the sounds of nature. All bedrooms have direct access to a full bathroom with shower/tub combo.

Two large wrap around decks give you plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors. Swing on bottom level porch and large hot tub with LED lighting and waterfall feature.

Game room downstairs has a 60 in flat screen TV, pool table and queen sized futon.

The living room has a sofa and love seat with recliners. 65 inch flat screen smart tv.

Super fast Wi-Fi means you can stay in touch if you need while enjoying the seasonal mountain views.

Family Vacation

We stayed here for our family vacation! There were 5 of us and we all had plenty of room! We loved that all bedrooms had their own bathroom and all beds were king size and very comfortable! We loved spending time in the hot tub and playing pool at night in the basement! It was so peaceful where the cabin is located. They also have a pool on site that you have access too as well! We would definitely stay there again!

Very nice stay, owner is very responsive. Kitchen had plenty of plates, glasses, and silverware. Beds are pretty comfortable. No complaints and enjoyed our stay very much.

Smokey Mountains Getaway

Your cabin was wonderful for 3 couples! We all had plenty of room and the guys enjoyed the pool table while the gals enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings! We cooked breakfast and supper each day in your well stocked kitchen! Thanks for a great experience!

Great Getaway Fun

We planned a trip to play games (video & board) so we stayed in the cabin all weekend. We hit the grocery on our way into town. The tv and surround sound were amazing with easy hookups for game consoles. They provided a chromecast to easily cast movies snd music. We stayed in and cooked with the provided Weber kettle and had everything we needed. It was a great weekend.

Started the trip out as “this place looks beautiful” and end with “can’t wait to leave”. So my fault not realizing how for from Gatlinburg it really is. So first thing is the thermostat that would change on its own after an hour. The mattress’s have foam toppers and are old. The jacuzzi’s haven’t been cleaned in a while and are missing buttons, also there are only two drain plugs for the six tubs. Hot tub was about the best part as it actually worked, and then there is the pool table That sucks completely.Oh and take our own towels, they only supply two per bathroom. Also only one f150 can fit in the drive.

This was a great place to stay. I loved it. The hot tub, the accomodations, all of it. If I could change on this, it would be for the property to include more garbage bags and dishwasher tabs. But that's minimal. Great place!

Great Thanksgiving in TN

We had a great Thanksgiving in this VRBO. I was able to cook my entire meal everything turned out great. My only issue was with the length of our stay and the big meals we had we needed more toilet paper and garbage bags. We brought our own so it was okay. And one last small thing was I really would have liked more than one dish towel. There was only one and I was in the kitchen a lot and could have used more. I realize I probably cooked probably more than the usual guest.

The location is great especially if you are traveling from the Carolinas. We are just 15 minutes outside Gatlinburg and don't have to deal with the bad traffic when leaving after a fun weekend.
