Staying away for work with my crew is challenging and open to frustration. Thankfully all of us enjoyed the house so much it destressed us in return each day and help make our time away more enjoyable.Visitors are truly lucky that a property if this standard has been made available. Make the most of it.
Fantastic house. Very clean. Well set out. The kitchen was well equipped & lots of space. Loved having a full laundry with dryer but also clothesline undercover. Communication was great. So friendly & welcoming.
We had a great stay. A perfect location. The townhouse has everything you need. Thankyou Rikki and Chris. We hope to be back one day and we enjoyed the complimentary bottle of wine
If we could give this property more than 5 stars we would do so. It was exceptionally clean and well appointed. We felt comfortable and special with the beautiful bottle of wine and the invitation to try some of the veggies from the veggie garden. This property is close to all amenities and attractions and the instructions provided by Rikki and Chris helped us to find our way around Launceston and surrounds. We would highly recommend this property.
Beautiful and well appointed property. It was extremely quiet and the hosts Chris and Rikki were very welcoming. Highly recommend this property

Lovely accommodation, well set out , very user friendly kitchen, great to cook breakfast or a
meal if you want ti have a night in. Lovely deck to sit on and enjoy the afternoon.
Our stay at this home was nothing short of an amazing stay. It was modern, spacious and comfortable for the whole family, with great views, nearby locations and great owners! I would highly recommend staying here, and would gladly do so again.
Arriving at Litoria & meeting Rikki who is delightful & entering the guest house was breathtaking, everything you wish for is here for a getaway. My husband & i had our Ruby Wedding anniversary here & the location was close to everything we wanted. With be visiting again.
We had a wonderful stay at this property. Everything we could have wanted and more was provided. Fabulous views and the Village Inn Hotel was our go to for dinner each night.
Thank you to the hosts for their thoughtfulness and generosity—everything was well provided for. They have a really good garden and vineyard down from the house. We enjoyed our stay.
Chris and Rikki have set up the ideal property for a family stay. The property is immaculate, stylish and has everything you could need. Very spacious yet homely.
Would highly recommend!
Really enjoyed our stay. Our host was great. The location was beautiful. Stayed 2 weeks. Would certainly look up this location again and stay. The picture of the home does not do justice to the beauty of the home. Tasmania is definitely a place to vacation! Thanks to Rikki and Chris.
Everything was a home away from home. Loved all that the house offered. Comfy chairs, dining setting we sat at for hours comfortably chatting.... Would recommend this house to all my friends..
What a magnificent property. Townhouse was pristine and the decore was beautiful. Rikki is a lovely host. The garden and the scenery is lovely. An extremely comfortable stay. Highly recommend it.
Our stay at Litoria Garden Guest House was the highlight of our trip to Tasmania. The property is truly stunning and luxurious, spacious and so comfortable! We especially loved the location and quietness of the neighbourhood as well. Rikki and Chris are the most wonderful caring owners, so welcoming, warm and friendly, and very generous. We highly recommend Rikki and Chris’ guest house as the best place to stay.

Lovely spacious modern unit with wonderful ambiance.
Rikki is an amazing host and it was wonderful to have vegetables and fruit from the garden and drink their lovely wine. This was our fourth stay and we will continue to stay when we come to Launceston area if possible.
Rikki and Chris's house exceeded all our expectations.
It was immaculate with a high standard of fixtures and fittings. We were only there two nights but wished it had been longer.
The house is in a lovely position with good views and lots of parking.
Rikki and Chris were very helpful with recommendations for sightseeing. Thank you!
Super nice people to deal with, and a perfect place for us to use as a base for looking around the Norther Tasmanian area.
Amazing gardens with fresh tomatoes, passion fruit, carrots & capsicum.
A tasty jar of home made tomato relish was dropped off to us, which we finished off in Hobart.
A nice quiet area, awesome bakery & general store, the pub was good too.
Thanks for hosting us Kiwi's that hadn't been to Tassie since we were kids in the 1970's.
New home a few kms north of Launceston with great views.
Beautiful home, spotlessly clean, with all the modern facilities. Two bedrooms with spa in main bathroom downstairs and main bedroom with ensuite upstairs. The ensuite basin was small with no bench space which was a bit inconvenient. Overall still five stars.
