Comfortably sleeping 10, this home is the perfect stay for family or friends seeking to enjoy the great outdoors no matter the season. The property features a ping pong table, pool table, karaoke, along with lake beach nearby. With access to a community pool for a small additional fee. The home’s location is just minutes from ski resorts, state parks, casinos and shops.

Our house is spacious 3 bedroom house with finished basement.

Located minutes from Camelback Ski Resort, Camelbeach Mountain Water Park, Jack Frost/Big Boulder Ski Resort, Pocono Raceway, Mt. Airy Casino, the Crossings Premium Outlets, Big Pocono State Park, and state game lands. Ski, snowboard, swim, hunt, fish, hike, kayak, bike, or spectate at a world-class racetrack!

The Basement level has half bathroom, Ping pong table, convertible leather sectional, flat screen TV, and queen size bed. First floor has a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, Keurig coffee machine and large dining table that seats 10. In the living room you will find wood burning fireplace, flat screen tv equipped with apple TV, and blue ray player, full bathroom and a bedroom with queen size bed. 2nd Floor has 2 bedrooms and full bathroom. Bedrooms have 2 bunk beds. Outside on the backyard there is a gazebo with outdoor furniture, Hammock, swing and charcoal grill. Large porch also has outdoor furniture for relaxation. The house is located short walk to the private lake beach. You will find a groomed beach area with roped-off swimming in the lake. The facility also includes a restroom building, children’s play structure, picnic tables and boat racks with a launch area.

About the community:
If you love the outdoors, this is where you want to be. Not only do we have the six lakes, but we also have plenty of wildlife and interesting plants and wildflowers. Enjoy the spring blossoms and flowers, the early summer mountain laurel blooming or the mid summer rhododendron. Our community is filled with wildlife such as deer, bear, fox, beaver and raccoons. These critters will give you plenty of great photo opportunities if you are patient. Make sure you take advantage of the natural splendor and sounds of the birds chirping.
Located on Cedar Drive, our 2,500 square foot, 100,000 gallon pool is a popular attraction in the summer. The water is heated and guaranteed fun for the family. There is a restroom building, and picnic tables as well.
The Emerald Lakes Association also contains other recreation amenities which include outdoor tennis courts located next to the outdoor pool. There is a basketball court and baseball field on Glade Drive next to the administration building. With all the amenities listed, there are plenty of activities and events taking place year-round. Summer activities are available for the kids such as basketball tournaments and much more.

There are numerous events throughout the year you will not want to miss. The entire family will enjoy themselves at the annual Memorial Community Day event, beach party during the July 4th celebration or the haunted house in the community center. There is always something happening in Emerald Lakes so make sure you get a schedule and mark your calendar.

Please note the house is equipped with Apple TV, that you can use to stream TV channels. There is no cable.
