Guidelines on Smoking and Coexistence - We ask that you do not smoke inside the house under any circumstances.

Smoking cigarettes, cigars, and vapes is permitted only in outdoor areas, provided it does not disturb neighbors. Regarding noise:

Our home is located in a quiet residential area, with neighbors on both sides. To ensure a harmonious coexistence, we ask that noise be kept to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM.

Important: - Failure to comply with smoking and noise guidelines may result in fines and possible additional measures, according to the reserve's rules.

It is important to note that we are not responsible for forgotten items, as different teams may access the apartment after your departure. To avoid inconvenience, we recommend that you carefully organize your belongings before check-out. However, we understand that unforeseen events can occur, and items may be left behind. If this happens and you need us to send you a forgotten item, we are available to help, but we would like to inform you that a service fee of R$ 89 will be charged, in addition to shipping and packaging costs.

The house has two floors and is located on the beautiful José Menino beach. It is fully air-conditioned, with air conditioning in the bedrooms, living room, TV room, and even the kitchen. Enjoy the delightful beach just steps away and then enjoy the coolness throughout the house!

Bedroom 1 (Suite): Hot and cold air conditioning, queen-size bed, chairs for a reading nook, and walk-in closet.

Bedroom 2 (Bedroom with balcony): Air conditioning, king-size bed and 2 extra beds (The extra beds are smaller and the mattresses are 1.73m long).

Room 3 (Bedroom/Office): Air conditioning, 1 bunk bed with 2 single beds and ample space for work or study.

Bathrooms: There are 3 full bathrooms (one of them is at the back of the house, in the backyard area) and 1 powder room. All have electric showers with easy adjustment, liquid soap, shampoo and a hair dryer.

TV room: Air conditioning, 2 reclining armchairs and 1 sofa bed with an additional double mattress for greater flexibility in accommodation.

Air-conditioned kitchen: Equipped with microwave, air fryer, Nescafe Dolce Gusto coffee maker, blender, double oven and all the necessary utensils for everyday use.

Social area: Features a living room (air-conditioned), dining room, and a lounge perfect for relaxing.

Barbecue area: Ideal space for gatherings, with a mini-fridge to keep drinks cold.

The house is pet-friendly (don't forget to include your pet in your reservation) and family-friendly, with a crib available upon request, silicone cutlery, and a gate on the stairs for the safety of little ones.
