You can walk or take the tram to the beach, stroll along the property's nature trails, or head just east to explore beautiful Topsail Hill Preserve State Park. You'll also be only two miles south of Baytowne Wharf, seven miles east of Destin Commons, and a few minutes' drive from more than a dozen area golf courses.

Please be advised that the Summit Homeowners Association is coordinating a roofing project on the property through May 2025, and construction may take place during your stay. We expect minimal disruption and all materials will be confined within a fenced-off area located on the northeast side of the parking lot.
