Refurbished original wooden floors throughout put together with chandeliers, gourmet kitchen, and the latest home entertainment make this cottage a place you will never want to leave.

The large kitchen boosts quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, free standing island and unique charm.
Italian crockery service for 8. Full range of pots, pans, utensils and serving dishes.

Open plan lounge with chandeliers, comfy slipcovered sofa and armchairs, and freestanding gas fireplace make it the perfect place to curl up with a book or watch movies. Flat screen TV with Satellite and Roku.

Both bedrooms feature:- Queen shabby chic poster beds with down pillows, down duvets (100% cotton coverlets in the summer) and 450+ thread count linens. The beds are exquisite and should ensure all the rest you will need for your busy days. Flat screen wall mounted TVs with satellite.

The bathroom is located between the 2 bedrooms with entry from the lounge. All tiled with antique freestanding vanity, toilet, tub and shower. Clean white subway tiles and mosaic floor.

EXTERIOR DETAILS

Calm beachy colors, palms trees and a large private wooden deck make this 'the place to hang out'. Dining for 6 with umbrella. Dimmer controlled lanterns under the verandah and barbecue patio.

The cottage is located in the ideal location, one house away from the bay and a 2 min walk to the ocean. Close to many restaurants, bars, shopping but private enough to have your own space.

Perfect Dan Diego getaway

The beach cottage was beautiful, well maintained, and comfortable. The location was perfect for getting to either beach or up to the strip for some food. Can't recommend enough.

Nice Getaway

We were visiting friends in San Diego recently and wanted to stay in the Mission Beach area. The cottage fit our needs well! So close to both the Bay and ocean beaches, as well as plenty of great dining options. The garage is small, but we were able to get our Jeep Grand Cherokee inside so had onsite parking, which was a plus. Very nicely appointed cottage with ample kitchen space, a nice sitting area, a cozy deck and two comfy beds. The only "downside" were the occassional morning deliveries to the nearby resort loading dock, otherwise a great stay and very recommended! Definitely would stay there again!

Best stocked place ever!

We’ve been going to Mission bay for years and years and we LOVE THIS PLACE! The location is perfect and has everything you need! Paddle board for the kids, well stocked kitchen and linens and just generally wonderful!! The patio is tropical and private and always shady!! We will be returning for sure!

We love outdoor sports/activities adventure and travel and combine all on trips as often as possible.
We have two other vacation rental 379170, which is next door to this listing and 657994 on Pismo Court which we also completely remodeled. I love the whole process from demo through to interior decor and am hands on at every stage. I hope it shows how much thought I put into you having the perfect place to stay while visiting Mission Beach.

Why they chose this property

I wanted this cottage at first sight. It had such 'lovely bones' and I was fortunate enough to be able to demo and then nurture into the most adorable place. It is located next door to our other vacation rental VRBO # 379170.
