BOOKING PROCESS
Once we received your request to book, we will email you our rental agreement for an electronic signature. Once it has been filled out/signed by you and agreed to by us, we will then charge your credit card for the down-payment of 25% of the room rate and confirm your booking. No money will be held or charged from us until you filled out and signed our rental agreement.
CANCELLATION POLICY (PLEASE NOTE IT DIFFERS FROM VRBO)
25% of the room rate will be due upon reservation (once the rental agreement has been signed). The remaining balance will be due 30-60 days prior arrival (depending on the length of your stay). Once paid these amounts are non-refundable. You do have the option to purchase travel insurance. We will send all details once your booking is confirmed.

Our luxurious vacation home "Pacific Sands #715" offers 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms and is located steps from the beach. With it's 1,200 sq.ft. living space and 600 sq.ft. outside space this stunning home offers everything you need for a comfortable vacation by the beach and is the perfect get-away for a group of 7 people (4 adults max). These numbers include any potential day visitors. We do not differentiate between overnight guests and visitors.
This lower of a two unit home, is only 50 feet from the ocean and in short walking distance to the bay and enjoy the luxury of a spacious furnished patio with gas BBQ and partial ocean views.

Linens, towels, beach towels, boogie boards, beach chairs, high chair and pack 'n play are provided for your convenience.
SUPPLIES
The house offers everything you might possibly need, including supplies such as: laundry, hand, dishwasher and dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, kitchen sponge and of course all fresh, spotless and clean linens and bath towels. Please note we do not replenish supplies.

Kitchen/living area open to spacious furnished patio (partial ocean views), LR couch can be converted to full size sleeper, 4 bar stools on kitchen bar
Bedroom 1: daybed (twin over twin), this room can also be used as dining room - foldable table and 5 chairs are available and can easily be set up (stored in closet)

Occupancy limit (incl. visitors) = 7 people (4 adults max)
For friend groups ALL must be over 35 years old.
We absolutely do not want to rent to anyone that is intending to party at the house.
We have a NO smoking and NO pet policy.
Kindly understand that at rare occasions we might not be able to move forward if a time frame requested does not fit well in our calendar. In this instance we will ask you to shift your dates or offer you alternatives if available.
