We had a great stay at this accommodation! Everything was truly wonderful. We were especially pleasantly surprised that we were allowed to check in early – that was very convenient and unexpected. The amenities were excellent as well: a coffee machine, iron, and even ice cubes were provided – simply fantastic. A small suggestion for improvement would be to add a few hooks for towels in the bathroom. That would be practical. Otherwise, everything was perfect. Thank you very much for the hospitality!

I really enjoyed my stay. Around every corner of Venice is a picture. The apartment is great for 1 or 2 people. Close to many sites. Friendly helpful team with easy check-in and available anytime for questions. Located near many restaurants so evening dinning hour can be a bit noisy. Sound barrier windows with mosquito screening would be a nice addition, as well a sleep comfort bed would help. Overall I would stay here again and recommend to stay.

What a wonderful place to stay in the heart of Venice.

We had Federia and his wife Cristia meet us at the Rialto Bridge and take us to the apartment, told us about restaurants to eat at, marked them on a map they gave us, food markets, grocery store, wine store, and many things to see and do. There apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for our wonderful stay, the air condition worked just fine, the kitchen had what I need to make some food in, I love the balcony, having coffee in the morning, hearing the city of Venice wake up, the street sweeper working and cleaning, watching the men set up there vegetable stand at the end of the street, in Campo Santo Maria Formosa,The only problem was we did not stay longer.

Nice apartment with a wonderful terrace. Federico was very helpful with suggestions on places to go and things to do. It was easy to get all over the city from the apartment. We enjoyed our stay. The AC and Wifi were both good.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral (5 Minuten zum Markusplatz und zur Rialtobrücke) in einem der schönsten und atmosphärischsten Teile Venedigs. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

die Wohnung war gerade groß genug und hatte eine optimale Lage, alle Ziele waren von uns gut erreichbar, die Klimaanlage hat das Schlafen seh angenehm und erholsam gemacht, der kleine Balkon war gerade richtig, um am Abend ein Glas Wein zu trinken, ist auf alle Fälle weiter zu empfehlen!

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment!

The apartment was really nice and cozy, with elegant old furniture and enough room for two people. Everything was like in the pictures and it was also well equipped, including air conditioning which we really needed in August and Wifi connection. The location was great too and it was easy to take the Vaporetto (Alilaguna) on our way from and back to the airport. What we loved most about the apartment was the balcony - it was great sipping Prosecco in the evening and drinking coffee in the morning watching people go by down the alley! The welcome was really nice and warm! We were given good tips of restaurants and places to visit, and good instructions about practicalities. We highly recommend taking the Vaporetto and visiting different islands: Giudecca with a great view of the city from the top of Molino Stucky, Burano with the colorful houses and Lido where we rented bikes and spent 5 hours riding around the island - just great! We definitely recommend staying in this apartment when visiting Venice!

Good spot

A great place for couples to stay in Venice for a good price. Frederico the owner was gracious, accomadating, and a wealth of knowledge about Venice. He sat down with us and a map and pointed out great out of the way must see monuments and non touristy restaurants to try. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

A wonderful Venice accommodation

My husband and I loved this cosy apartment off the Campo Santa Formosa. It was convenient to many things we needed and very easy to get around. Truly in a wonderful location to see the heart of Venice. Frederico was so kind and accommodating taking much time to orient us to the city and all it has to offer. We were truly thankful for all his help and support as first time travelers to Venice. We would surely come back to this lovely place and would stay in this apartment again. Thank you Frederico.

If you want we would like to spend some time with you to tell you about the city and maybe give you some advice on things to see, the most hidden places and maybe some nice restaurants where you can taste the traditional Venetian cuisine.

The apartment has recently been completely renovated with a pleasant modern and functional design but the feature that will immediately conquer you will be the brightness of the house and the splendid terrace overlooking the rooftops of Venice.
We are sure that you will spend unforgettable moments sipping an aperitif at sunset or indulging in a splendid breakfast.
The location of the house is perfect to reach in a few minutes both Piazza San Marco and the Rialto Bridge, the city center. But you cannot fail to dedicate time to visit the nearby Palazzo Grimani, the Querini Stampalia museum, and the monumental Church of San Giovanni e Paolo.
You cannot also miss taking advantage of the small places in the surrounding area where you will find excellent fish prepared in Venetian style
