🚭 No smoking inside the apartment (fine of USD 250)
🤫 Please keep noise down after 11:00 PM out of respect for neighbors
👨‍👩‍👧 Minors must be accompanied by parents or legal guardians
🐾 Pets are not allowed
👥 All guests must be registered in advance; unannounced visitors will incur a fine of USD 75 per person
🛏 Please take care of towels, sheets, and blankets — any stained items may result in an additional charge
NOTE :
🔹We kindly ask that all guests follow the house rules. If they’re not observed, a penalty fee of MXN $1,250 may apply.
🔹Mid-stay clean: For stays longer than 14 days, we provide a mandatory mid‑stay clean every 14 days to maintain the listing’s cleanliness and comfort. The mid‑stay cleaning fee will be collected through the Resolution Center during the stay and will match the listing’s standard cleaning fee.
