The location is only 1.5 miles from downtown, 20 min to Snowbowl, 90 min from the Grand Canyon & access to several of Flagstaff's best trails just steps away! As soon as you enter the suite, you'll be greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere, with modern furnishings and tasteful decor. The living area features a comfortable full-size futon/couch, perfect for accommodating extra guests, as well as a 4K TV and a selection of games to keep you entertained during your downtime.

The studio boasts a plush king size bed with high-quality linens, ensuring a restful night's sleep. A pack-n-play is available upon request for infants.

The kitchenette is fully equipped with everything you need to whip up a delicious meal, including a mini-fridge, microwave, toaster oven/air fryer, induction cooktop, and coffee maker. You'll also find a selection of dishes and utensils for your convenience. We provide fresh coffee, tea, breakfast bars and a bottle of wine!

The suite is located in the peaceful Coconino Estates neighborhood with access to the Flagstaff Urban Trail system and a playground just steps away. Whether you're here for business or pleasure, you'll love coming back to this luxurious and serene oasis after a long day of exploring.

**Other things to note**
The suite is connected to the main house. The suite entrance is located down the side of the main house with a separate, private entrance. You’ll need to park on the street, walk through the grass and through the side gate to access the entrance.

While soundproofing measures have been installed, there is a family with children in the main house and you may occasionally hear some household noise.

There is no smoking or vaping allowed on the property.

Max. 3 guests, additional guests will incur a charge of $50/night. This includes infants and children.

Absolutely loved this place! Perfect location for Snowbowl with a super easy drive up the mountain. The place felt warm and welcoming, and we loved how homey it was. The bed was super comfortable, and everything was very clean. Would definitely stay again!

At first I was hesitant - but once we (my college son) and I got there it was delightful! Sooooo clean and I’m a freak about clean !! Large king bed so very comfortable . I forgot my pillow and was upset but no problem pillows were great and I could smell the clean sheets with some bleach - something I love !! Perfect for 2 of us my son slept on the sofa and it was fine - some noise with kids the next day but does not bother me at all - nighttime super quiet and easy to rest - will def be back !! Thank you for offering such a lovely place at a great price !
