The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please leave the home as to close to it was when you arrived. Pull all linen off of all beds used and place in a pile at the front of the bed. Towels used should be left in the bathroom on the floor.
A broom and mop will be left in the property for tidying up and clean up prior to checkout. Place all garbage in Large Trash can in rear of home. Trash bags are located under sink.
There is absolutely no smoking allowed on this property and no pets are allowed A $200 fee will be charged to guest for a violation of the smoking and or no pet policy.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
