Perfect Long Ski Weekend Location!

We visited our friends from NH for a lovely ski weekend. The kids loved the property, especially the loft nook. The hot tub was great after a day on the slopes. The listing was as expected and advertised.

The place was great! It was nice and spacious and well maintained. It had all the necessary amenities and the fact it was across from Cranmore Mt was a major plus. I would definitely go back.

Great place for multiple families. Plenty of space for the kids to peel off to. Kitchen is well stocked with cooking supplies, crock pots etc. It’s close enough to walk to town. The kids loved using the pool and the tennis court in our downtimes. TVs are wildly difficult to figure out but we seemed to have it by the 3rd night. Very thankful for ACs during the hot July week.

Girls Weekend

This property was perfect for our girls weekend. The 9 of us were able to fit comfortably. It was located conveniently near the shopping area and had fantastic views of the mountains. The property was a little out dated. The property manager was great. She was easy to communicate with.

Quick trip

2 couples on a whirlwind trip to North Conway. Rained the entire time- cleared for a couple hours for a quick hike- but we had a great time. Condo spacious and comfortable. Great location. Fun area restaurants and pubs Would love to return when weather is nicer!

2 couples and 48 hours. Check in was a breeze. Lynne texts a few hours before our arrival with codes for entry. Beautiful, spacious condo in excellent location. Clean, comfortable lounging areas and beds. Great hikes within 5-10 minutes. Enjoyed local brewery and Irish pub. Would rent again in a heartbeat!

Perfect Getaway

Lynne was very responsive during our stay. The property was even better in person than what you see online. The hot tub and fire place is an absolutely perfect combination. Our first day, we were the only ones. But even when other people arrived, we still had plenty of privacy. We had a end condo so the view was beautiful. Its secluded but also very close to any of your needs, amazing food, cute stores and gas stations. We've decided its a perfect every year winter get away.

The condo has updated furniture and bedding that is not currently on the site which was a nice surprise. We had a lovely time celebrating my daughters 30th birthday and had everything we needed in the condo. My only suggestion would be to update the cookware as it’s very old. Everything else was perfect.

Birthday weekend getaway

My husband and I came up to do some hiking, shopping and most of all relaxing and we got all that and then some! The condo was beautiful, SO MUCH space and very comfortable. We had a fire both nights as we relaxed with dinner. The private hot tub provided excellent relief to our muscles. The condo is located just outside of the main strip. In warmer months it would be just as easy to bike to everything. This is a perfect condo for a family looking to enjoy the area. The deck/porch area would be perfect for morning coffee or evening glasses of wine! We will be booking again!

Air conditioning not adequate for condo. One bedroom air conditioner was broke and we had to move one from another location to cool the bedroom. The mattresses were old and in poor condition. Location was quite and convenient.

Enjoyable Stay at Kearsarge Woods

The condo was ideally located for North Conway fun, and the community pool turned out to be a huge bonus for the kids. The assortment of different beds and sleeping quarters, and having in-room AC, made the evenings a breeze. Add in the basement hottub, and you've got a winner. The only comment that I'd add that might be at all less than 5 stars, was the pictures posted certainly made the space look larger than it actually is. That's not uncommon and didn't take away from our enjoyment, but perhaps might help others. We would certainly return in the future if the opportunity and timing presented itself. Thank you!

Good location, needs new beds/bedding badly

Very good location. Hot tub, and property were nice. Mattresses were extremely uncomfortable and need replacing. We thought the home was non smoking, but bedding had a strong cigarette smoke smell to sheets and pillows. We almost left earlier due to the bedding issues, but were too tired to make the drive home the evening of the second night. No one got sleep. Having temperature control on the ac units would also have been helpful. New mattresses and smoke free bedding would go along way. Location was convenient to downtown and attractions.

Girls Weekend/Time to Heal

This retreat became a haven for me & six of my college girlfriends over the weekend. One of us experienced a major tragedy this summer and it was a time for us to get together, process, laugh, and support our friend. The property is in a great location, has a fully equipped kitchen, is comfortable and spacious, and is designed for larger groups to enjoy themselves. I’d definitely stay here again! Lynne was very receptive as well!
