Renovated four bedroom home close to Southampton Village and Ocean Beaches.

New four bedroom, two bath home-2,000 square feet. The home sleeps nine people comfortably. New kitchen with stainless appliances. Two new bathrooms, and large laundry room located on second floor.The main floor is complete open concept with french door leading to the backyard which is entirely fenced in. Private lake access with dock is less than twenty feet from the home. We have kayaks available. Ocean beaches and Southampton Village is a five minute drive from the house. We are pet friendly!!

Great Home!

My young family, with my sister and her young family, took our Dad out to Southampton to celebrate his bday and it was a great experience! The house had plenty of room for 5 adults and 2 small kids, with an extra bedroom to spare, and the living room level has a great open floor plan. The house is a very short drive to town and the beach. We would absolutely go back and recommend it to anybody else.

North Sea escape

A very nice home just down the block from Big Fresh Pond. We're Hamptons veterans but we had never heard of it. We were able to get out and kayak every day on this beautiful pond. We also rented bikes and toured the quiet country roads. A great stay!

End of summer stay

We had a really nice stay here. Owner was super responsive to our questions. Fenced in backyard is great if you have a dog. The lake at the end of the street (it takes less than five minutes to walk there) has beautiful sunsets. It's about 10 min to Southampton and 15-20 to Sag Harbor depending on traffic. For us, it was far enough away from the Hampton craziness yet easily accessible if you wanted to get into town. Thank you!

We had a wonderful time at the lake house. The home was nicely decorated and furnished. Great set up with the bedrooms upstairs and an open floor plan downstairs,very welcoming. Wonderful Home!

We enjoyed our stay and all guest left with smiles. The property is lovely. The home is updated, clean and spacious. Beautiful kitchen to hang out with guests. The lake is a short walk and we loved kayaking on the lake. The property owner was wonderful to work with and very responsive. We would definitely stay here again!
