Upon arrival, we found sawdust everywhere (stove top, couch, counter, sink, dining table, cupboard), most likely from the work they were doing. The refrigerator was also broken so that had to be replaced with a mini fridge after calling management. Perishables went bad since the fridge was not delivered until the next day. Most management was able to do was compensate 30 off cleaning fees for the inconvenience. This place is the definition of “you get what you paid for”. Walls were paper thin where you can hear people from all directions from your unit. I am pretty sure my husband and I heard people having conversation, footsteps, moving furnitures, and even couples “having fun”. We did not sleep well at all during the 3 nights we were there. Sorry, I do not recommend. I usually come here once or twice a year and would stay anywhere but here. I think after this experience, I’ll pay a bit more for a nicer place.

Sylvia, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry that your stay was affected by the refrigerator not being functional upon arrival, as well as the dust you encountered in the home. We appreciate you contacting us during your stay and providing photos, which allowed our team to understand what you were experiencing and coordinate with maintenance. We also understand how disruptive it was to have your perishables at risk and to have the temporary refrigerator arrangement impact your stay. Your feedback regarding the condition of the home and the overall experience has been shared with our team for further review. We’re sorry we fell short of providing the smooth and comfortable stay you expected.
