The place wasn't as nice as the pictures made it out to be. There was no nearby access to the beach, the balcony was barely big enough to fit one chair and the back bedroom had no heat and was missing electrical outlet covers,(very dangerous). Other than that my stay was ok.
My party of five had 3 forks and no teaspoons. It is understocked with one dirty flat skillet for cooking. The floors had not been mopped or scrubbed for many weeks as our feet was black after walking on them. The he bed in the smallest bedroom was very noisy when sitting down or laying down or turning over on it..it sounded like crushed plastic bottles with every move. It should never have been put in a rental property. There was a small leak under the kitchen sink we reported and no one every came to fix it or see how bad it was. Reported everything twice to call center and spoke to a maintenance man the day in between but nothing waa ever addressed. A partial refund was given. There was never anyone at the office all five days we were there.

I do not recommend staying at this property.Upon arrival, we were greeted by garbage scattered around the entrance. Unfortunately, the condition of the interior was just as disappointing. We found cobwebs along the corners of the ceilings and walls, as well as around the window sills, with numerous spiders throughout the property. There was also food and garbage underneath the coffee table, and the areas under the beds were dirty. The windows had no screens or locks, which was concerning. One of the bedrooms had a strong, unpleasant odor resembling smelly feet. The floors were noticeably uneven, making us question the overall condition of the building, and the heater did not work.Overall, the property was nothing like it was advertised and fell far below our expectations. We were uncomfortable staying there and ultimately booked a hotel down the road in Lincoln City for the remainder of our trip.On a positive note, Vrbo was very helpful and responsive throughout the situation. They communicated promptly and issued our refund the following day. We appreciate their customer service, but unfortunately, the property itself was a major disappointment.
