The Space:

Relax awhile at this fully renovated home nestled in the Northern Oregon Coast community of Nedonna Beach. Enjoy a pleasant neighborhood, filled with many friendly people. There are plenty of advantages of the community, including access to over a mile of lightly used, gently sloping, beach ideal for walking and for the brave splashing in the cold waters of the Pacific. You'll also have access to five miles of flat roads, some paved, some gravel, that are all perfect for walking and biking. The Nedonna Pond, which is stocked multiple times a year with Rainbow Trout, provides easy access for kids of all ages to catch fish. Other advantages include access to the South Nehalem Jetty, where down low at low tide explore muscles, sea urchins, and sea stars, or up top fish in the Nehalem or just take a walk. Visit the adjacent Tillamook Pioneer Museum’s Nedonna Marsh, where trails take you into an ancient wetland marsh. For additional discovery, the designated state recreation site of Manhattan Beach is within walking distance and Rockaway Beach is just two-and-a-half miles to the south where you will find numerous dining options, groceries and essentials, and plenty of unique shops all along Highway 101.



The home's expansive covered deck is the perfect spot to bask in the sea breezes and sounds of the crashing surf. The two-story interior offers total flexibility for friends or families vacationing together with each floor containing its own living room and well-stocked kitchen the group chef is sure to love. There's also a large, portable puzzle board for added at-home fun. Two electric fireplaces add an extra dose of elegant and cozy ambience. Free WiFi and a private washer/dryer round out the home essentials. Other recent additions include an electric vehicle charger.

Great place to stay! We really enjoyed our time here. Beach access is just four houses down, making it easy and convenient to get to the shore. The street is quiet with very little traffic, which made for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The kitchen is exceptionally well‑equipped, with everything clearly labeled, so cooking and settling in was a breeze.

We loved our stay! The house was everything it promised and more. Communication was ample and clear. It was clean and so comfortable. The couch and bed were the perfect place to rest after a day at the beach. The house was stocked with everything we could ever need. From spices, kitchen essentials, towels, beach needs, to extra blankets for chilly nights on the patio. The nearby town had yummy places to eat and the beach was so close! We can’t wait to visit again!

We will definitely be back to this place. Clean, pretty, cozy, and tons of amenities. Beach chairs, beach umbrella, boogie boards, skimboards, buckets for playing in the sand, puzzles, books, games, wrap around covered deck, enormous and gorgeous picnic table, garage, partially covered parking, nice bathrooms, ALL the kitchen appliances, and I could go on. Really good job on the updating of this place. Probably our new favorite place at the beach.

The place was pretty, except all the weeds and gofer holes around the whole house. Inside nice, comfortable, well decorated. We had notified VRBO, on some issues like the kitchen sink being cracked. They didn’t come out and say it’s been that way. Makes a person nervous. The upstairs oven wouldn’t heat up, but luckily there is one below. They did send someone out on our third day. And last they need to replace some of the white towels or bleach them.

Gold Coast Beach Bliss

We loved our stay in this beautiful, newly renovated beach rental. The owners went above and beyond to create a welcoming and cozy home away from home. The home was sparkling clean, light infused and spacious... and only a 2 minute walk from Manhatten Beach. 10 out of 10! Manhatten Beachtoou wont regretof 10!
