Located in the middle downtown Rockaway Beach, you will also be able to watch the train as it goes by! Boasting two well-equipped, full kitchens, two comfortable living spaces with plush furnishings and cable-equipped, flatscreen TVs, and a garage with foosball and Ping-Pong, you're sure to have a terrific time at this family-friendly getaway. For sleeping options, this home includes a main bedroom with a king-size bed on the upper level while the lower-level offers two kid-friendly rooms with twin-over-full bunks and a fourth guest room with a comfortable king. There's plenty of space for everyone, but you'll also be able to have your own space when you want it.



What's nearby:

While the beach is accessible close by, fishermen can head out on the deep waters through one of several charter services available in nearby Nehalem and Garibaldi. Guests are also in the middle of downtown, so driving isn't always necessary. This home is just a short drive from hiking paths and bike trails at Barview, Twin Rocks, and Bayocean county parks. The lighthouse in Cape Meares is about 27 miles south, while charming shops and restaurants are to be found in Cannon Beach just under 30 miles north.

Great location, remarkably quiet. everything was clean except the top bunk- had sand in it. Hot tub was really nice. Furnishings were comfortable and clean but is no large table for people to gather. Good for large family!

The location of this property is superb with quick and easy access to the beach, food options and souvenir stores.Unfortunately the hot tub was under repair and unable to be used during our entire stay and we were only advised by the host after reaching out to the host. We were not advised prior to checking in.

The property was clean and close to the beach. The host was very prompt when we called. We didn’t have any bath soap and shampoo upstairs but the host said they only start out with a starter kit. That would have been nice to know before we went to the beach.

The house is good for 2 families to have plenty of space. The location was great as far as proximity to the beach and very walkable to stores and shopping. We needed more propane for the grill and chlorine tabs for the hot tub during our stay but the host was receptive and responsive and brought what we needed in a timely fashion. The house could us a good dusting but otherwise clean. The one thing that is important to know is that the property shares a boundary with a restaurant and pub which has activities, sometimes noisy activities, in the evening/night. The upstairs bedroom is very quiet but there was a fair amount of noise for the downstairs rooms. We would stay here again with the awareness of the restaurant.

Unfortunately we are disappointed with this lodging the property mgr was very receptive to our feedback regarding lack of cleanliness especially of upstairs. Lack of hot water was very frustrating especially if people wanted to take showers and the hot tub worked great for one day. Garage where the ping pong table has spiders and equipment is limited and blinds are broken. This location is super close to the beach and right next door to the Pelican Brewery which has wonderful food. I have to say the towels are wonderful in this house.

Mostly a great location! Few little things, staples in the stairs coming out, some mold on the ceiling, but the garage was great with the games, hot tub great, location AMAZING! Nice to have all kitchen utensils, overall, a very good place to stay!

This property was perfect for all of us, 2 families. I loved how each of us could have our separate areas and also have bathrooms! There were plenty of blankets, pillows, and towels however there was a limited supply of garbage bags, paper towels and toilet paper. I didn’t see anything posted in the listing. The hot tub was not super warm the first night. The host must have already been alerted to that because it was worked on the next day. It was just a little too hot then for our littles to play in. Without asking the host applied a credit for that. All in all great place with a good location too!

Great home. We thought it was right on the beach from pictures, but was actually across the street. Super close though! We are very happy with our stay. My kids loved the ping pong and hot tub. Comfortable beds and nicely kept.
