Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please place all trash in the community dumpsters before departure.
Please start the dishwasher before leaving if used during your stay.
Please leave the clubhouse/pool key fob hanging on the kitchen hook before departure to avoid replacement charges.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet hours are 10 PM–8 AM per condo association rules. Please be respectful of neighbors and nearby units.
No parties, events, or large gatherings permitted at the property or on porches/common areas.
Children must be supervised near the pond, fountains, indoor pool, and outdoor pool areas at all times.

We chose West Ocean City because it offers the perfect balance of convenience and calm. We love being just minutes from the beach, marinas, restaurants, and the inlet while still being able to come home to a quieter setting away from the heavy traffic and noise on the island. The pond views, peaceful atmosphere, and easy access to Sunset Marina made this area feel special to us right away.
