This was a fantastic place! Beautifully accommodated, easy check in, host was awesome, and very clean. We were there for a week long soccer camp, so having a full kitchen and washer and dryer was very helpful. Comfortable beds and well maintained living space. We don’t have a chance to use the pickleball court, but it looked awesome, and Holly the horse was such a sweetie! Will definitely stay here again!

We used the home as home base for our Lagoon trip, it was perfect!! Everything was so clean and wonderful. Fit our family of 6 comfortably. The owners were so easy to communicate with and the property is so peaceful. Thanks for a fantastic place to stay for our trip! Everything was perfect!!

Our stay at the Mountainview Retreat was excellent, with an exceptionally clean & well-equipped property; helpful and friendly host family; and totally unique environment (small farm, pickleball-barn, in a beautiful & quiet neighborhood). The accommodations and convenient location made it a perfect site to combine day-time work, home-cooked meals, and afternoon/evening vacation activities. Our family hopes for another opportunity to stay at this particular property when visiting SLC. We are so appreciative of the host family.

EXCELLENT Stay!! If you are lucky enough to stay here with yours- you are TRULY blessed indeed!! HIGH END decor, bedding and furnishings Antimicrobial CLEAN- welcoming and spacious! We have stayed in many VRBO’s and this is the most modern, cleanest with high end everything that we have stayed in so far. It had everything we needed for our 3 night stay.We stayed here to go bike riding for a couple of days and this is very close to the bike paths. The host and hostess were very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely book here next time. Love, love this place.

We had a wonderful stay here. The accomodations were beautiful and the neighborhood was lovely and quiet.Everything was as advertised and more, along with the hosts being very responsive to any questions we had.There were plenty of options for food nearby, but we also utilized the local grocery stores.We came for our son's soccer event so the pickleball court was a huge plus with two teenagers. We also were close enough to get to the zoo and Antelope Island in our free time.For some of us, the favorite part of our stay was Holly the horse. She never failed to come greet us when we came back from being out. This was easily my best experience utilizing VRBO or similar services.

We cane to Farmington for a cheer competition and we definitely loved this place. This house/Barnstead was wonderful. Easy check in and out process. Joe and Mandi, the hosts, were very quick to answer questions when I had a few- because as a mom I had those planner stressful “before the trip” questions It was clean, comfortable, and easy to get to -great location for everything. The girls loved to see the horse and we made up some good stories about her name. Fun times for sure! Thanks again Joe and Mandi we may make this a yearly place to stay! The Winters

Throughout the reservation and stay Joe was very easy to communicate with and prompt. His barnstead is one of a kind. I've stayed in many vrbo's, but have to say this one exceeded my expectations. It's like they thought of everything and then some. The kitchen had everything you could ask for. Bedrooms had comfy beds. Bathroom is completely separated from the wash room area. Had two sinks. Even though we didn't play because we were a bit tired, there's a pickleball court. Can't forget their beautiful, friendly horse that was popular amongst the girls that stayed at the barnstead with me. I fell in love with his place and plan another stay in the future.
