Great location, right on the Little River with entry for kids to swim. Also close to good restaurants and coffee shops. Clean home with plenty of sheets and towels and sleeping areas. Our family loved this house and the Townsend community.

Enjoyed a great week by the river! Property was as described. Loved being walking distance from the grocery store and The Social for dinner. We hope to be back again some year!

This was an amazing house with a ton of amenities! We stayed outside the whole time and rode our bikes to the restaurants. Already planning to come back!

Every detail has been thought of to make your stay surpass expectations: hangers, laundry basket & luggage racks in closets•computer monitor on desk in bedroom for remote work•plenty of extra linens/pillows for all beds•blankets for living room•bug spray•EVERYTHING you need to cook in the kitchen & cleanup•bathroom supplies including shower amenities•SO many towels for showers & outdoors for hot tub•board games, coloring supplies for kids•outdoor games for entertainment•firepoker and obviously the most amazing spaces indoors & out to lounge, relax, enjoy plus the location with entry to the river is amazing & walkable to IGA & Peacefulside Social which was fun for the kids with good food & drinks. We will absolutely be back! Seriously, we packed so much that we didn’t need because the cabin comes stocked with everything you think you need & even more than you would’ve thought of. Easy drive to Cades Cove, Foothills Pkway & close but peaceful distance from the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge madness

The property was beautiful as described and the interior was even stunning in person! Our stay was very relaxing, the cabin was clean,kitchen was stocked with all the essentials we need, The hot tub with the river view was such a relaxing treat and a plus watching people float in the river with their tubes. The whole family enjoyed our stay, I wish we could stay longer! Communication with owner was easy and excellent. Definitely highly recommended to everyone !
