Property was exactly as described. It was clean and well maintained and had all the amenities we needed. Beach access was just a few steps away and the view was amazing.

The unit is lovely, the view is fabulous! The upgrades of kitchen and bathroom are very stylish. The building’s amenities are great! 2 pools; lots of chair availability, 2 elevators we never had to wait for them they were fast! Location is great with a quick walk Flagler. Check in process was easy and staff very friendly!

The condo was perfect for us. We usually stay at Oceania but we didn’t need a two bedroom condo. The condo was nicely decorated and very comfortable. The only suggestion I would have is to have a couple of chairs on the balcony. Other than that, we would rent again.

The room was clean. Bedroom a bit small but doable. Living area tv, bathroom & kitchen were good sizes. Pools were awesome and the location can't be beat. About 1 block from Flagler where all the shops, restaurants & bars are. The beach is amazing (already knew that because we visit all the time). The 'owner' didn't know if there were beach chairs available in the unit so we brought our own since we were driving. This unit does have a folding chair and 2 camp chairs (which we don't prefer but used on the balcony since there was only an old rusty broken mini couch which we did report). The facility has some beach lounges within the fenced beachfront area as well as a lot of lounge chairs around the pool. The views can't get any better. Hotel staff were very nice and helpful. The code we were given by the 'owner' for check in did not work, but a quick call got us a new code. Note that the locking and unlocking instructions have more steps than necessary. We have these same locks and you don't need to put in the code when you lock, only to unlock. Appliances were clean and there were plenty of kitchen amenities.Just so future renters know, this is just like a hotel except since this unit (and maybe others) are privately owned, you go through the desk for check in, but anything else goes through the owner. Example, towels are specific to the unit, you can't request the office to replace them (bath and pool/beach). Communication was very good & responsive. Would rent again.
