Great property for a vacation but pricey

Great property for a vacation but pricey! This three bedroom two bath condo has recently been completely renovated and everything was very nice and new! The property was smaller than expected and definitely overpriced for the amount of space. We had a great vacation and everything was absolutely great except I believe it was overpriced.

Lovely condo, in nice area on the beach!

Loved this condo, only one little issue. Kitchen cookware not very good-needed to scramble eggs. Otherwise clean, quiet and I would rent again!

Great location

First time staying in Surfside and we loved it. I grew up staying in Garden City but I’ll never go back. This location is quieter and more centrally located. Short walk to some restaurants and short drive to the marsh walk in Murrells Inlet, outlets, Broadway at the Beach, etc. This particular unit was a bit dated but we knew that from the photos. There were some small inconveniences like no pizza cutter, no dishwasher soap, etc but I’m guessing that it could be that we were the first renters for the season. The layout of the condo is roomy enough for 2 adults and 3 teens. Would’ve been nice to have a couple more comfortable chairs in the living area, but again we knew that before from the photos. Just a suggestion for the owners. Rental company was friendly and responsive when needed. Grounds were clean. Parking was adequate. Great full ocean view from living and master BR. We wouldn’t hesitate to rent this property again.
