Beautiful

Amazing house and location. 1 minute walk to the beach and a few minutes from shops and restaurants. Will do again.

Ladies weekend

Property is a great location, right at the beach, but they only provided 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom and 1 roll of paper towels for 4 people, plenty of towels, the lock was broken on the sliding glass door so they had a stick in place of a lock. House had a few dead bugs but that is to be expected at the beach. Good supplies in the kitchen cabinets

Fall Family Beach Week

Loved Portofino III…my boys said with little children the convenience of walking to every restaurant, parks, grocery store was huge! Thank you for such a convenient and exceptionally accommodating home to Vacation in!

Summer 2023 Portofino III Jul 29 - Aug 12

Overall the location is great and accommodations are reasonable. The following are concerns and inconsistencies. Check in times were posted as 4:00 pm; We had trouble accessing the unit at 4:00 pm only to be told by the realtor that is was not accessible until 5 pm. We reported issues with the facilities and were told that a maintenance person would be sent. No maintenance personnel showed at all. The rebooking policies for bask away were not honored. Communications/action were inconsistent with posted policy Note: The living room tv and tv in first floor bedroom were in disrepair. The fans in the bathrooms did not work. The light on the microwave was flickering and not controllable from the unit. The air conditioning vent in the master bedroom is extraordinarily loud.

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay. The location was great! Being next to the pool was excellent. Short walk to the beach! The floors down stairs were really dirty, they needed a good moping. The beds were not very comfortable. But they will never be like home!! The good outweighed everything else!
