The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Check-out time is 10 AM. Our cleaning service begins promptly after check-out to ensure the property is properly prepared for the next guest. Please depart on time to help us maintain our schedule.
Trash/refuse must not be left on the property – Guests must take it to Big Bear's Clean Bear Sites. Drop-off locations: Clean Bear Site #1: 41970 Garstin Dr or 39690 Big Bear Blvd.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
