The property was, as advertised, a room, with an independent entrance, in a residential neighborhood. The owner responded quickly to a request for a hairdryer, before we arrived. There are several places to walk to for a meal, if you are fit. I would suggest a small coffee maker and cups be added to the property. All in all, it was a very affordable place to stay the night before our cruise out of Port Miami
