This house is close to Advent Health, that is why we were in town. As described. It was clean, has big TV’s, large backyard space. The kitchen is small, but has big fridge, microwave, air fryer and stove.
Host approved check-in 45 minutes early which was great for my restless toddler. When we arrived, there was no toilet tissue. We made a Walmart order which helped.

Disliked: Check-in, communication
The host was not responsive in a timely manner at any time. There were not sufficient blankets/bedding considering the temperatures were in the 20s but there was certainly not going to be a resolution to that. Location immediately next to a highway with significant noise pollution should be disclosed in the listing. Very little sleep was possible between being cold without extra bedding and the highway noise.
I really don’t like to post negative reviews but there was so much that was problematic. Starting with shower glass door was off hinge, the front door screen locked and unable to get in. Lots and pans were dirty and old. No sidewalk around the house. To top offf, not the hosts fault, but there was a murder suspect who had fled to neighbors house and police bullhorn was blaring from 2 to 5 in the morning causing no sleep. And police asking me to flee the building from 9 am to 12.

Liked: Cleanliness
Disliked: Communication, location
The place was great, that is if you like staying right next to the on-ramp for the highway. And just ignore the low-income housing right out the front window. I was disappointed when I saw the lush, green backyard. It's hard to sink your toes into Astroturf. There was a bit of a strange odor I couldn't identify, and I didn't appreciated the watered-down soap refill in the bathroom. As far as owner response, I didn't get any when I messaged her from the house with questions.
