Villa 28 Moreton island

Air-conditioned Beachfront Villa 28 is the perfect place for an island escape. This NEWLY REFURBISHED villa has a modern beach feel and is the perfect location for your beach getaway. The villa has breath taking beach front views which expand across Moreton Bay.

Accommodating up to 6 guests the villa has 2 bedrooms (King Bed and 2 x king singles), a bunk area sleepout (2 x single bunk bed) and 1.5 bathrooms (shower/toilet upstairs and a toilet downstairs).

Downstairs is open plan living with the kitchen/dining/lounge room opening up onto a deck, with a BBQ on the front deck, perfect for outdoor dining and entertaining.
The kitchen has a gas cook top, microwave and dishwasher plus laundry facilities (washing machine and dryer).

Upstairs you can enjoy the private balcony off the main bedroom - perfect for sunset drinks or an early morning cuppa. Also upstairs is the extra bedroom, sleepout and bathroom.

All linen is included in your stay, along with access to resort facilities making this a great place for an island escape or family holiday.

The property has a starter pack which contains a limited quantity of commonly used items. As this property is self-catering you should bring all toiletries and kitchen consumables based on your usage and length of stay, particularly toilet paper.

Great location and generally very clean and comfortable. An issue with the hot water unit that left us without Hot water and that we had to resolve ourselves and the kitchen equipment could have been cleaner and better stocked.

Island paradise

The perfect getaway for families. Regardless of the weather, this villa is set up to accommodate. The only recommendation I’d make to future guests is to bring groceries and a 4WD to explore the island.

Gorgeous spot, views amazing

Beautiful spot , floors felt a bit sandy when we first arrived, I found it difficult to get on to the Villa manager, bunk beds area very hot . Would like there to be more food options in the little shop.

Hi Libby, It is a sand island so even though we vacuumed before your arrival, if the wind blows a little, a lot of sand goes everywhere. I do not understand why you would say it was difficult to get hold of me as you had my nr and never called me? I will pass it onto Tangalooma that you suggest more food options in their shop Kind Regards Colleen

Perfect getaway in perfect location

With a large family of 6, this villa had absolutely everything we needed! Fantastic location straight across from the beach. Laundry facilities were perfect, fully self contained kitchen and fridge for nights when you want to cook at home, easy to use air conditioners and fans not to mention comfortable beds and clean linen!! The ease of booking and communication was the icing on the cake!! Fully recommend!

Family fun holiday well deserved after the year we’ve had.

Beautiful Tangalooma draws us in each day looking out over our balcony. Swimming & socialising each day enjoying the activities the island has to offer. There is a wide selection & quality of accommodation on offer, we stayed in a villa but honestly this particular villa requires updating, renovations & or maintenance & the BBQ didn’t work. Some of the resort staff don’t seem to want to be there but most were friendly. My 2nd trip to the resort this time bringing the family. We will come back again yes, probably camping or hire a house. Plenty of sea food if your a fishing family & swimming with a dolphin was amazing. We love Moreton Island.

Unfortunately you did not contact us at all during your stay to say that you were having an issue with the BBQ. It was been working perfectly fine for hte guest before you. It is dissappointing when guests do not communicate any issue they are having. Thsi villa is actually about to have a major renovation and new furniture installed in the next few months so wil be vastly improved soon.

love the beautiful spot.

Kitchen needs reno very old and needs updating. BBQ on deck didnt work. Bunk upstairs was too hot to sleep - kids had to sleep on mattress in parents room.

The villa has 3 air conditioning units, two of which are located upstairs and cool the whole upstairs area. The BBQ on the deck works and the guest did not report any issue during their stay. It was checked on departure and worked without issue. Not sure what the pproblem was during their stay as they did not communicate with at at all to report a problem.
