Villa 36 is a privately owned recently renovated - airconditioned villa - right on the beach of Beautiful Moreton Bay at TANGALOOMA ISLAND RESORT.
Stunning views across Moreton bay towards Brisbane, Redcliffe and Bribie Island. Enjoy watching the sunset from one of 2 private balconies with your pre dinner drinks
Features:
* Fully self contained, air conditioned, two story Villa, 3 Bedrooms, sleep 6.
* Kitchen has a MW convection oven, gas cook top, fridge/freezer, beverage fridge, nespresso coffee machine and dishwasher (No oven).
* BBQ's on the front lawn.
* Outdoor area at the back of the villa for those super hot days.
* Full Bathroom with toilet upstairs and a second toilet downstairs.
* Bedroom 1 has a king size bed, wall mounted 40" TV with own private balcony overlooking Moreton Bay.
* Bedroom 2 can accommodate a King bed or 2 long single beds.
* Bedroom 3 is a smaller room with 2 single beds.
* Lounge room is fitted with a wall mounted 65" smart TV and a Bose speaker.
* Laundry has a washer/ dryer combo.
RESORT ATTRACTIONS:
2 swimming pools and a kids play ground. Also watersports, tennis and archery can be booked through the resort.
Wild dolphins visit each night around dusk and can be viewed from the seating area at the jetty. **THERE IS NO DOLPHIN FEEDING INCLUDED IN THIS BOOKING**

We had a fantastic stay! The communication with the owner was excellent—super helpful and responsive. The location is absolutely beautiful, and our whole family loved every minute of it. Would definitely come back again. Highly recommend!

The Villa was tidy and well equiped, clean and nicely presented.Fantastic location in paradise with great access to the Resort.The only negative would be that the AC is locked to above 25 degrees, despite the owner guide advising 22-24 degrees. Not quite cold enough for comfort in an Australian summer.
