Located at 180 Pulpito, #401 is a modern and customized luxury condominium located in a completely walkable location!

Private yet it’s so close to everything! It’s an easy walk to Los Muertos/Blue Chairs beaches, popular restaurants and the best bars of the Romantic Zone, the infamous Malecon and beautiful Old Town. No car required!

Our condo is operated like a boutique property with a reception desk and 24 hour security guard. It’s a TripAdvisor Top Hotels Traveler's Choice Award winner.

Our 4th floor corner unit features ocean, old town and lush green hillside views. The glass sliders off the open living room & kitchen disappear into the walls providing easy access to the over-sized private terrace. Enjoy one of the deluxe chaise lounges or dining al fresco at the large outdoor dining table. Since your terrace is North facing you can enjoy it all day long without getting scorched by the hot sun! Read a book or relax with a cool drink while taking in a great view of PV.

This condo is unlike any other unit in the building. There is not the typical mocha and tan palette! The kitchen was modernized and completely renovated in 2019. This unit is light & bright with high end materials such as white quartz, custom tile, and marble. It’s modern Mexican inspired decor and many pieces were made with reclaimed materials. The condo also features locally crafted colorful artwork.

The new full gourmet kitchen and outdoor gas BBQ provide all of the comforts of home. Plus you can drink the water since this building has it's own in-house filtration system. The refrigerator has an in-door water/ice dispenser that also filters the water again. You’re sure to enjoy a good night’s rest on the superior Serta hotel quality mattresses. Both king size beds feature 300 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets, 4 fluffy down pillows and a lightweight down duvet. Both full size bathrooms feature large walk-in showers, Turkish cotton towels, blow dryers and bath toiletries. Twice weekly housekeeping is included during your stay.

Relax by taking a dip in the infinity pool with swim up bar or enjoy a treatment at the in-house full service spa. Grab a drink at the Signature lounge daily happy hour conveniently located next to the pool area. You’ll also love the convenience of the clean & bright gym with ellipticals, treadmills, free weights, and a universal machine. Afterwards, you can relax in the his/hers steam rooms.

Other conveniences of home include a full sized in-unit washer & dryer with detergent and dryer sheets provided. We also provide an iron and ironing board. For entertainment there are two Smart HDTV’s. The living room tv has television channels such as CNN, HGTV, & BBC, Apple TV, a DVD player and a bluetooth soundbar which also wirelessly connects to your phone for your music selections. An iPhone bluetooth docking/charging station with an amplified speaker is also provided in the master. This unit also has a dedicated modem with separate wi-fi from the free building-wide free Wi-Fi. Added conveniences include an in-unit safe and a digital front door lock for added security. We love our condo and we think you will too!

2nd stay here, still great!

This was our second stay in the property and lived up to expectations again. The check-in crew are great and Chris was responsive throughout the stay - he checked in half way through to see if we needed anything. The condo is exactly as you see in the photos and it's a short walk to the beach and nightlife. We had another great week in PV!

Very nice property with great view of the city and the bay. Convenient to the beach and places to eat. The location was located in an area where there was construction in the area and it was noisy in the daytime. Owner provided some great suggestions of places to eat. Property manager was excellent and very responsive. The only problem we had is the washing machine only seemed to work on hot and the television was very complicated to work. A step by step guide would be helpful.

A very well appointed condo and the complex has great amenities.

The complex is fantastic and the condo is appointed nicely. The construction across the street is really noisy. Overall we had a very good stay. The walk up and down the stairs to get to the shopping area was great exercise. There is a rail car that will take you up and down. However, it does not run later at night. Great views, superior amenities, and no complaints about the condo itself. I will wait until construction is complete before staying here again.

I can't say enough about this condo. It was beautiful, perfectly decorated and very roomy! The condo was immaculately clean, the beds felt like clouds and the huge walk in spa showers were awesome. The view from the huge balcony is amazing. You can see the ocean, downtown and mountains all at once! The Signature by pinnacle building is the hottest building in town and the lobby and pool area is very impressive. The staff in the building was super friendly and helpful, the maid was great and the lounge staff delightful. I really liked the fact that when you checked it you could leave a credit card with the desk and could charge drinks to your unit while swimming up to the pool bar... No need for cash! Chris, the owner was very prompt in responding to any questions I had and sent tons of helpful info about the condo and PV before our arrival. I highly recommend!!

Loved this place!

This condo was everything we'd hoped for and more. It is just as lovely as the photos show. The location is excellent. It is on a hill, and we were happy to climb the stairs and get our exercise! But many happy folks rode the funicular... an excellent option! This condo is close to everything. Minutes to the beach, great restaurants, the Malecon. The pool is lovely... and heated! We spent lots of time there. The views are amazing. We loved seeing the fireworks each night. I love this area of Puerto Vallarta because it just feels safe. This was our second time staying in the Romantic Zone and we appreciated the peace and quiet of this location. There is construction noise during the day, but after 5pm, it was quiet. The condo itself is well laid out. The bathrooms are big and user friendly. Beds comfortable. Enrique was our local contact and was excellent. I highly recommend this condo and would stay again in a heartbeat!

Very pleased with our week at this unit. VRBO representations spot on. Well appointed condo in a wonderful complex. Pinnacle Signature: fantastic location close to many wonderful restaurants and downtown PV. Particularly enjoyed the pool/bar area. Great choices of high end and local restaurants, all within easy walking distance. Favorites were Swedes, Panchos Tacos, Jorges Shrimp Shack, Casa Kimberly, Coco's, Vallarta Eats nighttime street taco stand tour. Took advantage of Signature's happy hour each and every night. Steep steps to climb to get to Signature but offset by the finucular (spelling?) that operates most days between 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. The unit: every bit as nice as represented by photos. Great view. Very comfortable.Well appointed and stocked. Owners: Wonderful! Had minor maintenance issue which was addressed quickly and decisively. Check in/ check out very easy and convenient. If looking for place to stay stay in Romantic Zone of PV, you will not be disappointed.

not what I expected...but

The unit is very nice and clean and updated, also well located. Construction of two high rises next to the terrace took out about a third of the panoramic view of the bay...no sunset option. The pool downstairs no longer has a sunset view due to new construction. When the closest construction was welding, the terrace was covered with black dust when the wind was coming out way and the noise started at 8AM or before and ended around 6PM. The owners seem very nice and the property manager was very caring. I would actually use the terrace for reading and just chilling as I have been coming to PV for many years and am not interested in sight-seeing anymore were to am option, which is was not. Nice unit if you don't need outside exposure.

Perfect location! Perfect for 2 couples!

We loved the location of this property. It was walking distance to everything. We used a taxi once in 10 days and that was to go to Mismaloya. The beach was two blocks and Basilio Badillo was about 4 blocks. There are many excellent restaurants within easy walking distance and a great little corner grocery one block away. The condo itself was perfect, everything you need was there. We went a couple times to the rooftop bar at the sister property, Pinnacle 179. It's unfortunate that the construction of 179 compromised the view from the balcony, but the view from the pool made up for it. The only things I would suggest is that the bed in the second bedroom is super soft and I would have preferred a little firmer (I know you can't please everyone! lol) and it would be nice to be able to seat six at the table. We had 2 friends for dinner and luckily we were able to borrow 2 chairs from the neighbor. The condo suited 2 couples perfectly. The owner was easy to contact and responded quickly. The property management was there to meet us and spoke perfect English. I wouldn't hesitate to rent again, thank you Chris for sharing your beautiful condo.

Perfect condo in perfect location

My husband and I shared this condo with another couple of friends. The bedrooms and bathrooms are a perfect layout, and the terrace is great. We enjoyed lounging on the terrace in the mornings and evenings, taking in the amazing view. Restaurants, shopping and the beach are very close to the property. You’ll want to catch happy hour at the pool bar.

Condo was very well decorated, clean, and perfect size for two couples since it had two king beds and two baths. Great location within walking distance of restaurants, beach, shopping, and evening entertainment. The view from the balcony was just as pictured—beautiful! Beautiful condo and building! Loved the location, layout, furnishings and décor. The view from the building is fabulous and the deck is complete with two fans and a BBQ. Christopher has thought of everything, including laundry! We were warmly welcomed by Enrique and made to feel totally at home. He went above and beyond! We were two couples sharing the condo and had ample room and privacy. Communication with Chris was always easy and quick. The infinity pool on the first floor by the bar was nice and I loved that there was a separate area for renters and owners. 2 for 1 happy hour! The Romantic Zone felt safe and we had warm smiles and good food everywhere we went. We highly recommend Blondies Slushie Bar and Loft, which is only a block away! The Malecon is also very close and a great place to spend your day. Thanks for a great getaway, Chris!! We highly recommend both you and your condo!

The condo is beautiful and very well appointed. The view is amazing. We had a few small problems which were looked after by Enrique immediately. If you are thinking about renting this condo be aware there is construction all around it and the noise of jackhammers, etc can be heard all day. We tuned it out but if you think it will bother you you may want to rent elsewhere. The construction is everywhere and will be heard in most condos in the romantic zone. I would highly recommend this condo

I've been coming to Puerto Vallarta for nearly 20 years and when we saw the opportunity to buy a brand new modern condo in such an amazing location we jumped at it. Unlike the developer units, this condo is completely customized and has distinctive modern finishes. All the flooring, tile stone surfaces were selected by us. We created a cool & refreshing space with almost all the materials and furnishings sourced from Mexico. This is not your typical muted tan and brown condo! It's a colorful and refreshing space with comfortable yet modern furniture. Some pieces are made from reclaimed woods and steel, all designed by a young up & coming furniture designer from Guadalajara.

Why they chose this property

There is no other property of this caliber in the Romantic Zone and the rates are an amazing value. It is an inclusive, exceptionally clean and well managed property where all are welcome.
