About this property
Sea Esta - town and beach on doorstep
Sea Esta is perfectly located in Dunsborough – a pleasant, upmarket resort town on the shores of Geographe Bay.
Comfortably sleeps 8 people – ideally suited to 6 adults & 2 children as one of the bedrooms is small and has a set of bunk beds. 500m walk to the beach & a short stroll across the road to access cafes, shops, bars and restaurants.
The Space
This lovely two-storey beach haven provides a tranquil escape for the family to kick back & unwind. Large corner property with grassed areas for the children to play in this private, fully-enclosed walled garden.
The upstairs level opens up onto an amazing large sunny deck – the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee as you watch the world go by. After a day’s adventures, it's great to kick back and relax as you sip a glass of regional wine and exchange captivating stories.
Get the boys to fire up the barbecue and enjoy a meal sitting around the alfresco dining table on the deck downstairs while the youngsters sit at their own pint-sized version. Younger children will have fun in the safety of the child-friendly yard while older kids and adults challenge each other to a game of ping pong.
CREATURE COMFORTS
When the sun goes down move inside to the comfortable, stylishly furnished living areas. With timber flooring, vaulted ceilings, extra-large TV and wood-burning stove, the home is both comfortable and welcoming.
Hunker down in the living area with a game to entertain the family or enjoy a variety of shows on Netflix. Free WiFi is available. The kitchen includes everything you might need for meal preparation, including a high chair for the littlest member of the family. Gather round the dining table in the cooler months with the log burning stove ticking away, warming the whole house.
LIGHTS OUT
At night, 8 guests can settle in for a good night's sleep. Upstairs is an ideal adult retreat with master bedroom and KS bed, study nook, bathroom, separate toilet, and a comfortable sitting area. The highlight of this upstairs area being access to the large verandah complete with comfortable lounging chairs.
On the ground floor there are two large bedrooms with QS beds and a small bedroom with bunk beds, WC off the utility room and family bathroom creating a perfect family wing – great for parents to check on sleeping children before climbing into bed. A travel cot is also available.
RELAXATION
Fisherfolk and beachy types will be spoilt for choice with the plethora of water activities on offer close at hand. Just stroll down the road to Dunsborough beach where you can hire a hobby-cat or try your skills on a stand-up paddle board. Or spend your day relaxing on the beach with a good book while the children frolick in the tranquil ocean waters. Don't forget to pack the rod and try out your fishing skills from the rocks near the Dunsborough Boat Ramp then head back close to home to one of the local cafes.
You will find everything you could wish for within walking distance or only a short drive away. Visit the Margaret River wine region's vineyards, the local surf beaches, the nearby animal farm, the local art galleries or leave the car at home and wander around town for some retail therapy.
No parties or events to be held at the property. No schoolies bookings and no animals/pets please.
