A public boat launch is just around the corner so bring your boat and don't forget fido, we are pet friendly! Bikes & Kayak's are available to use for free so have fun! Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Please placed all Used linens and towels into the bathtub. If any dishes were used, please load the dishwasher and start it before leaving. Please take all trash out outside and put in the trashcan.
Please make sure you have all of your personal belongings packed. Please turn off all lights. Make sure any doors and windows that were opened or locked and lock the front door upon your exit.

The home was wonderful. It’s full stock kitchen wise. The beds were comfortable. Close to everything Crystal Rivers and manatees. The homeowner provided body wash shampoo and conditioner, which was a nice touch. The coffee bar was amazing as well.

We had a great time and the house is just lovely. We enjoyed the waffle maker. A lot of us enjoyed the soft beds. The house was great as far as water temperature, water pressure, plenty of room, the kitchen was well stocked with higher quality cookware. The Tupperware in the kitchen helped us stretch our meals further. My youngest liked the trundle bed. The location was ideal BC we were 10 minutes or less from every single one of our destinations. My boys liked the ping pong table. We had 7 people and were not crowded. The AC was great. We can recommend the Biscuit Barn and The Waterfront Social for food. We did our manatee dive with Fun2Dive and an eco tour with Mellow Mangrove charters. The town was not expensive to buy food and supplies in. We will definitely rent again if we come to do another manatee dive! Easy to communicate with our host.
