Easy check-in and check-out with clear instructions. Unit was super clean with comfortable bed and well-stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Towel warmers were a nice surprise! Neighborhood is quiet but close to several restaurants/cafes. Hope to have other family members stay here in future.

Beautiful neighborhood. Walkable to everything! Space was clean, simple and had what we needed. Owner was very communicative. The 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms set up made for a welcoming & comfortable stay. Also, we appreciated the private entrance.

Very clean, check in was easy, not easy to walk to shops for us, so we drove everywhere, near Green Lake park which is very nice. We parked at Green Lake park and ride to take transit to town which was very easy. You do hear footsteps from upstairs quite a bit.

Nice basement apartment. Very responsive host. Quiet neighbourhood. Only drawback is noise from upper unit when occupied. I am in Seattle frequently and will likely rent again if available for shorter stays (2-3) days
