Cook up a family meal in the spacious, fully stocked kitchen with granite counters, modern appliances, and ample counter space.
- Throw some burgers, hot dogs or steaks on the BBQ gas grill!

Please tidy up the home by doing the following. Please wipe countertops clean of spills. Additional fees will be imposed if the home is found in an unsatisfactory condition. Set AC to 78 degrees.
Leave the linens on the beds. No reason for you to do a bunch of house work during your vacation.
Take all trash to the garbage bin located outside. NO LOOSE TRASH. Everything must be bagged. Throw all opened food away. Do not leave any food or trash in the lanai.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
