Windsor Palms luxury gated resort 4 bedroom, 3 bath house with pool and spa

Luxury Four bedroom house with three bathrooms, open floor plan, private pool with spa , washer , dryer, linens provided .
Located in gated resort with club house, tennis courts, gym, basketball courts, full gift shop, sundry shop and only 10 minutes from Walt Disney World.
King bed, queen bed, 2 rooms of twin beds, sleeps 8 people very easy.
Close to many stores and restaurants to enjoy .
Pool and Spa heat can be purchased for $30.00 per day if needed.
Please note if you paid for pool heat between November and March, the solar pool blanket must be put on at night before going to bed so the heat is not lost from pool at night.
If outside temps drop below 53 degrees , pool heaters will not work.
We do allow up to 2 small breed dogs and its $50 pet fee non refundable if you bring your dog, must be outside potty trained, and not allowed on furniture or beds. Please follow leash rules and pick up after your pet uses bathroom outside..

Clean reliable and well furnished

Everything is well maintained and spotless. Easy check in at the gate, pool was crystal clear and hot tub appreciated after a day at Disney. The second en-suite may set a new standard for my granddaughter not to share a bathroom with her brother. Too busy to get to the game room.

Close to Disney!! Family friendly!!

This property was a15-20 minutes to all Disney parks! It’s located in a gated community and we always felt safe. So many amenities my girls had a blast. The property manager was alway a phone call or text away!! Will definitely stay again!!

One of the best properties I've ever stayed at.

House was perfectly located in a very quiet neighborhood. The pool and hot tub was the main attraction for our family very clean lots of space on the pool deck. House very clean and laid out well. I can honestly say this is one time we absolutely had no complaints.

Great Location

This house was great. If we needed anything, the property manager’s response was quick. The Club house was a bonus with tennis/pickle ball court, basketball court and sand volleyball court and Tiki bar. My daughter and grandson joined us for a week and they enjoyed the pool, the air hockey game and the pool table.

Great property

The house was super clean! The pool and spa were great for relaxing! The house had everything we needed.The WiFi and TVs all worked great. We had a little hiccup at the community gate - but it was resolved immediately. Rebecca was very responsive. We also enjoyed the billiards and air hockey tables! The only thing I wished would have been there was an ice maker - but the grocery store was close by! Also very close to Disney (< 10 min drive) and lots of close restaurants. We would definitely book this property again!

Disney vacation

We really enjoyed this property! It was absolutely perfect for our Disney vacation. Location was out of the hustle and bustle of the busy parts of town but close enough that you could be there in minutes. Disney was only about a 15 minute drive and easy to get to. The pool and gaming tables were a hit with the kids and adults! Perfect size pool and it was amazing! I would highly recommend this property and we will return ourselves someday soon! A+ all the way around. Guaranteed the best deal of our whole trip!

Very nice vacation spot during COVID-19

House is exactly like in pictures. During unprecedented times we were a bit anxious about the cleanliness of the place, but we could see they had done a good job. We had minor issues that were resolved very quickly. Rebecca responded all messages within minutes. We would definitely stay again.

Amazing house!

Our trip to Kissimmee could not have went better the house is beautiful better than the pictures. I had everything we needed plus more we were at the Park's most of the time I didn't get to enjoy it as much as we'd like when we were in the house everything was perfect. My son love the pool table an air hockey and with a heated pool we were able to swim even in December! This house is highly recommended

Would absolutely stay at another property owned by Rebecca!

This house was absolutely perfect for our family. Rebecca informed us about the bed bug issue and asked us if we wanted to move properties or cancel and we chose to stay. She had receipts for everything that she had done prior to our stay. Once we arrived we found a new couch, a new carpet in the living room, new mattresses, new bedding and that it had been throughly inspected by a exterminator. Our check in was so easy and hassle free. I loved how close the house was to the parks. I definitely will be using Rebecca's services again.

Amazing!

Our stay was awesome! The house was beautiful and so clean. We paid extra for pool heat and it was worth every penny! It was the most relaxing part of our day. We were skeptical about paying for heat and the pool not being warm enough to enjoy but it felt like warm bath water. It was perfect. Highly recommended! The only issues we had were there were only 7 forks and 8 towels total for our party of 8! Thankfully there was a washer dryer and we made it work! I hope we can rent again!

Good house

This house was good for our family. Lots of beds and the pool And spa was amazing! The spa heat was like a real jacuzzi and warmest on any rental we ever stayed. We actually forgot to ask for it to be turned on and they instantly accommodated us. The kids had lots of room and seating for meals. The game room was fun. Beds were comfortable. One small improvement is there were not enough towels and silverware for our family of 6 for more than one day. We had to do laundry every night and runs dishwasher 1-2 x day. Other than that great stay!!

Overall, great time

First of all, the booking process and communication were awesome! When we originally booked, I shorted our trip, but messaged Rebecca and she let us add an extra day, no problem. We arrived at the house in the evening and had to remove the cover from the pool to use it. The private pool was definitely a nice feature - my kids loved it. As many of the reviews have mentioned, there is a shortage of towels in the house. We had to do laundry several times to keep up with the towel demand for 6 guests. The house was spacious and comfortable and the new sofa that was delivered during our stay was a bonus. The house had plenty of space for all of us (4 adults, 2 kids) and the 3 bathrooms made showers after long days at Disney much easier. The kitchen was well-equipped, but pots and pans could use an upgrade as the non-stick on most is gone. Our stay was really good with some minor things that would have made it easier (extra toilet paper, more than one garbage bag, etc). Overall a great vacation, would definitely stay again!

Clean, nice pool, close to everything.

If you’re on an Orlando vacation to any of the theme parks, this beats paying the same price or more per night for a cramped hotel room at Disney or nearby. We had 8 people stay here (4 adults and 4 kids ages 4-14), and it was plenty of space. Pool and spa heat was worth it and went off without a hitch. It’s probably 3 miles (6-7km) from Animal Kingdom. Traffic in Orlando is crazy, but we go every year and knew that going in. Just plan extra time if you plan to travel outside the immediate area. There’s really not a better alternative location that is close to the parks with better traffic. Host was essentially an instantaneous responder on this app, and never had a communication issue at all. Only drawback is the resort community had a faint sewage smell. It wasn’t the house because you could smell it driving into the community. Could’ve just been something going wrong nearby during our stay, but it wasn’t overwhelming or too much of a nuisance. Just every time there was a gust of wind, you’d get a hint of it if you happened to be outside. Could not smell it indoors. Would not affect my booking decision next time. Would definitely stay again for a week in Orlando to crash and relax after long days at the parks.

BED BUGS BEWARE!!!!

We checked in & everything seemed to be ok until my husband was awaken at night to find bites on his neck, arms, and hand. We removed covers and saw several bed bugs in sheets. I had to immediately remove my 5yr old from the bed.My husband inspected seems of mattress where there was an infestation of BED BUGS. We had only been at location for just a few hours that day!!! Highly upset and disappointed that property was not inspected THROUGHLY before our check in. If housekeeping had been trained properly this issued would have been caught before our arrival. Every mattress should be inspected THROUGHLY including the seams before it is rented to new family!! This was a very traumatizing experience for my family and affected the rest of our vacation because we were constantly inspecting our new rental and our belongings!! We should've been offered more due to the huge inconvenience & not have had to pay for new rental we stayed in.
