Enjoy your vacation in the privacy of this completely and professionally furnished four bedroom, three and one-half bath, air conditioned home with screened and heated pool. The oversized villa is in a quiet and secure neighbourhood.

This faboulos villa is located only 15 minutes (via new 429) from Walt Disney World. Near all other attractions!

Lovely and professionally maintained villa on a big lot and on a beautiful lake and wooded conservation area beyond. Large house (2300 square feet) has two master bedrooms, both with king-size beds and jacuzzi. The third bedroom is special for kids and has a bunk bed for kids pleasure. Perfect for two couples with their children. The fourth bedroom has two twin beds. Beds include two king-size, one full-size, three twins, and one sleeper sofa.

The home has a living room, family room, a formal dining area, and a breakfast nook. The family room has a 65-inch TV, a Dolby-Digital System and a Bluray-player. Extended Cable-TV is also provided. The villa has also a highspeed broadband internet-connection with a Wifi provided.

Big 9-foot by 40-foot, covered lanai with extended pool-deck including a barbecue grill. The fourteen-foot by 30-foot pool with spa overlooks the lake. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary housewares and appliances included a bis washer and dryer.

The house is in the 'Clear Creek' subdivision on US 27/US 192. A Walmart and two Publix-Supermarkets are nearby.

This is also the perfect location to day's exursions to the Kennedy Space Center (60 Minutes), the beautiful Gulf beaches (70 Minutes) or Atlantic beaches (60 Minutes).

Fantastic home!

This is a perfect home to enjoy the Florida sun with the convenience of being near the amusement parks! We traveled with our dogs who loved the lake outside and enjoyed watching the cranes fly around, ducks, and birds. This home offers something for everyone in the family with plenty of space with the 2 master bedrooms and fun Disney kids rooms. We spent most of our time outside enjoying the spectacular pool area! I am already planning our next visit and have found a new home away from home!! Thank you to Thomas and family for opening your home for others to enjoy!

Perfect Vacation Home

Villa is exactly as described. It is clean and well-maintained. We absolutely loved the covered lanai and screened in pool/spa area. The view of the lake and conservation area were very peaceful. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. Very close to shopping and restaurants. Gulf beaches are about a 2 hour drive and Atlantic beaches are about 1.5 hours. I’d recommend bringing toilet paper, paper towels, and garbage bags as we had to go purchase these items a couple days into our stay. We didn’t encounter any issues during our stay. I would stay here again. Thank you, Thomas!

Nice and Clean

House was clean and in a pretty good area close to stores and places to eat. I would have rated it a full 5 if the internet had been better and there was more comfortable seating in the room with the tv. We only had 6 of us and we couldn’t all sit in that room without someone having to sit in a kitchen chair. All of the tvs work off of the internet which was a little troublesome also. Especially when you start connecting your personal devices. All in all though we enjoyed our stay here.

Bad first appearance

The stay was pleasant. The grandchildren enjoyed the pool. Everything was in working order. The issues are a bad first impression and some need for maintenance and some janitorial help. If i am able i will send photos. I took a picture of the broom we could use to sweep up a little. Send someone to the dollar store and get a real broom. Many of the blinds had missing slats, again a bad impression. Overall a need for a good cleaning. You need to get rid of the mold in some of the bathrooms. The yard was well maintained as well as the pool.

Perfection!

This house is just perfection for a big family needing plenty of space! The pool was amazing. We had everything we needed and beyond! The single only issue we had was on morning one, the fire alarm went off in the early morning and woke us all up. There were no issues at all, thank god! The fire department was notified through the home alarm system. They came out to make sure everything was ok and said everything was fine except that the smoke detectors are outdated and need to be replaced as they looked to be over 10+ years old and a faulty smoke detector might set it off again. I did let the homeowner know through the app. It didn’t happen again the rest of our week long stay. Other than that, everything was just truly easy and perfect. Thank you for having us!!!

Location was perfect when going Disney and Universal Studios. Very clean and pool was great. We saw the alligator in the water in the back yard. Everything was accurate on all descriptions.

Such a relaxing stay…

This was by far one of our favorite trips to Florida. The house was perfect and the pool/hot tub was amazingly relaxing. We enjoyed hanging out by the pool all day watching the wildlife in the backyard. The sun on the lanai and shade offered by the covered patio area was perfection. The house was equipped with everything we needed and a few nice extras. We highly recommend this property and we will definitely be coming back.

Supplies!!!

The Home had supplies in an abundance which was great for us being that we flew in! Its location to Disney was great if you plan on going there. There were plenty of towels and face cloths and also towels for the pool. Getting in touch with the owner was great. He always responded right back. The house does need updating, but not to the point to where I would not stay there again. The pool and hot tub area were great Plenty of room. I would definitely stay at this house again.

Olando Family Stay

We took a short vacation to Orlando and found this beautiful property. The house is located way to the back of the neighborhood and backs up to a pond. Behind the pond is a large natural area. We enjoyed the local alligator that hung out behind the property, but we also saw an otter, sandhill cranes, herons and more! The kitchen was well equipped and the property was clean. Easy check in and check out process. We will return!

Clear creek

I gave an overall rating of 4 of 5 stars only because we couldnt use the hot tub and the pool was to cold to swim in..there was an issue with the heat due to im assuming Milton that noone was aware of until we tried to use the heated pool and hot tub..the homeowner refunded us for that..other than that issue we absolutely loved the house..it is beautiful..had everything we needed and more..so much bigger than i thought from pics but still felt homey..and the walk in closets were a dream..even enjoyed sitting out by the pool watching all the critters that came to visit and the sunrise was gorgeous out there..plenty of space for 2 small families ..i would recommend this rental for all future guests..quick response from home owner and management..

We have the big covered lanaii to stay outside, the big pool deck, and the big pool itself. We love to enjoy the whirlpool after a busy day at the parks.
