The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Trash Ensure all trash is securely bagged before placing it in the trash bin inside the shed under the stairs. Please secure the latch on the shed door after use.
Pots/pan, Games, Toys & Furniture If you used any board games, puzzles, toys, or books, please return them to their original places. If any furniture was moved, kindly return it to its original spot.
Grill If you used the grill, please: Clean off any grease or food residue. Ensure the area around the grill is clean and food-free. Cover the grill once it’s cooled down.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Follow rules sent in email. No Smoking or Vaping, no open fire of any kind - anywhere on the property, Only flush toilet paper. Follow Hot Tub Rules.
All trash bagged. Bin located in the shed. Remove shoes upon entering. quiet hours 9 PM to 8 AM. Do not pour oils or food scraps down the kitchen sink
Return pool stuff, board games, kitchen items in good condition to orig place. Use remote for Motorized blinds in Master bedroom.
