Water was not ice cold, but had no hot water. Notified the host around 9 am and was told he’d take care of it and let me know soon. I contacted the host again around 730 that night and he then informed me that it wouldn’t be fixed and we could possibly move to another property. By that time it was 8 pm and we were checking out the following morning. We have stayed at Nathan’s properties many times before and have had zero issues. This was not normal because every previous stay has been a 5 star experience.
