Experience Sarasota like a local in this 2-bedroom villa. The space features 1 king bed and 1 queen bed, perfect for a small group. Guests enjoy 2 bathrooms including a relaxing soaking tub to unwind after a day of exploring. The villa offers a soothing atmosphere with your own private pool and lanai; heating and AC to keep you comfortable year-round. Whether you’re preparing a meal in the kitchen (with all you need to cook except the food) or just relaxing indoors, the tranquil setting invites you to slow down and recharge. You will be less than 1 mile to the Baltimore Orioles training stadium. One dog (under 50 pounds is allowed with deposit and cleaning fee charges). Because of HOA rules, no children are allowed. We’re happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our villa.
