I live in Miami, Fl and we rented this home to have somewhere to sleep while me and my coworkers finish our project in Jupiter. This home was just perfect. Plenty of space, cozy, and very welcoming. The backyard was very clean and a good spot to relax. The pin pong / dining table was a plus. The host was very quick and responsive to the few questions i asked. Thank you so much

Awesome owners. Home is decent, but in a neighborhood where the neighbors home is pretty rough. Big tree out front continually drops tree junk, keeping everything pretty dirty, including the pool.

People should know what to expect for the price of staying here. The house was not accurately represented in the listing. There are four bedrooms plus an adjoining room. Two bedrooms had no furniture other than the bunk beds, only a few hangers in one of the closets. No hair dryer, no beach chairs. The “game room” is not a separate room, it’s the dining room with a table that converts to a ping pong or mini pool table (the pool table had crumbs, lint & hair all over it). The cleaning crew didn’t take garbage to the street so we had no where to put garbage during our stay. The grill was awful, we had to clean it before we could use it. The best thing about the house was that it was close to beaches and parks. The pool, lanai and backyard was really nice, we spent most of our time out there. The host was very responsive and took immediate action with pest control.

Thanks for the honest feedback, this really helps. I'm sorry the house didn't live up to what you expected for the price. I'll make the listing clearer about the bedrooms and the game room so guests know exactly what they're walking into. I'll also get hangers, a hair dryer, and beach chairs sorted, and get that grill and game table actually cleaned properly. On the trash, we've actually hired a concierge trash service now so that won't be an issue for future guests. Really glad you got to enjoy the pool and backyard though, that's genuinely one of my favorite parts of the property too. And I'm glad we got the pest control handled fast once you flagged it. Appreciate you taking the time to write all this out, it's exactly the kind of feedback that helps me make it better for the next guests.
