Jeff was a 5-Star great host. The room offers a great view and is in close proximity to restaurants and entertainment. If we needed anything, Jeff was available and quickly responded to our needs.

Room was exactly as advertised. Worked great for my husband and I. We usually always travel down in October for our anniversary. Jeff was great, very welcoming. We ended up having the worst weather while we were there and couldn’t enjoy the outdoors, and got mandatory evacuations from the hurricane on the area and had to leave early. He communicated great throughout the whole process and was an all around great host due to weather being out of his control. Would recommend him to anyone.

Locations is great! Next door is Olive Garden, great for lunch or dinner. About 2 miles or more from Downtown Fort Walton Bch! Which has fabulous restaurants and activities.

The harbor view is amazing , quick drives to all the beaches . Be aware of the fire ants in the median parking lot. Other than the ants wonderful place , clean , safe , quiet , and lots of friendly folks . I will be back for sure. The fan on the balcony in B304 is a very nice touch if life didn't happen I could sit there all just be and be totally happy. Small suggestions somekind of charging station on the balcony would be a nice touch. Still a ten out of ten for my stay.

Jeff ensured we had everything we needed. The place was cozy and spotless. We biked to the locations where we ate and drank. The dolphin cruise was enjoyable, as was the boardwalk. Truly nice people, vendors, and fishermen enjoying life.
Enjoying life, kids raised and gone. We are free.
Ate and drank our way thru all week. 🍹🍸🍺🥂

The owner provided exceptional communication from beginning to end of check out. The pool, grounds and water view was very nice. There are many good eateries, food trucks and coffee shops within a stones throw. We enjoyed fishing from the dock and relaxing poolside. Looking forward to another stay.
