The listing should definitely include that there is no air conditioning in this unit. It does get cool on summer nights but if there is no breeze it gets very hot in the bedrooms. We had a fan in each room but because there was no breeze it was 78 degrees in the middle of the night which made it very uncomfortable.

For future guests considering a stay in Lake Tahoe, we recommend taking a close look at the amenities listed for each property and searching specifically for any features that are especially important to you. Vacation rental listings highlight the amenities a property does offer, rather than listing every feature it does not have. If air conditioning is a must-have for your stay, we encourage you to confirm that amenity is included when selecting your accommodations. This property does not have air conditioning, but fans are provided in the bedrooms, and Tahoe’s mountain climate typically brings cooler temperatures in the evenings. That said, summer weather can vary, and guests may have different comfort preferences. This is great property and we look forward to welcoming all future guests!
