Welcome to your vibrant riverfront escape, a cozy and colorful hideaway designed for relaxation and unforgettable waterfront living. This home offers a warm, inviting atmosphere with thoughtfully curated décor, spacious interiors, and direct outdoor access to the river.

Inside, you’ll find a bright living area with comfortable seating and large windows that bring in natural light and peaceful water views. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need for home-cooked meals—appliances, cookware, dishes, and utensils—making it perfect for families or longer stays.

The bedrooms are designed for restful nights, offering soft linens, ample storage, and a quiet environment away from city noise. The bathroom is clean and functional, complete with fresh towels and essentials.

Step outside to your private beach and dock, the highlight of this unique property. Enjoy morning coffee by the river, afternoon sunbathing, fishing, kayaking, or simply watching the sunset over the water. The outdoor area includes plenty of space to relax, grill, dine, or play, making it ideal for couples, families, and small groups.

This home blends comfort, privacy, and nature—offering a truly serene getaway where guests can reconnect with themselves and the outdoors.

HOUSE RULES:
• Obey all local laws, codes and ordinances - $1,000 fine for any citation and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
•If guests are found in the unfortunate event of disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY with no refund
• No parties or event to include but not limited to: Bachelor parties, funeral wake, graduation party. $500 fine.
•If you would like to plan an event at our property, please let us know and we can work with you to see if our property is a good fit.
• No smoking/vaping/candles/incense INDOORS - $500 fine. Tobacco smoking only allowed outdoors with windows closed and cigarette butts disposed of only in outdoor trash. If smoke or cigarette smell is not dispersed after house is cleaned, you will incur a $200 fine.
•Parking is provided on the driveway do not park on the grass. We do not allow parking more than 7 vehicles of standard size in the driveway.
• PETS: No other animals than dogs (Maximum of 2-$100 fee each during booking) will be allowed on the property as well as all dogs must be up to date on vet flea medication and shots. IF there is a flea invasion after your stay you will be charged for professional flea mitigation.
• Please keep dogs from digging in the yard to limit mud being tracked in.
• Max number of people on property - 10 people. Quiet hours: 11PM-7AM. Pleases be respectful to our neighbors.
• No spray tanning/henna application/hair dyeing. No glitter.
• No wet towels on furniture or floor. No shoes on rugs/furniture/beds.
•Missing towel fee of $15 per towel.
•Please do not move furniture! If there's any damage to furniture, there will be additional fees/charges.
• Do not pour grease down the garbage disposal or sink! It will break the garbage disposal and there will be a charge to fix it!
•No burning any candles or anything similar that could burn down the house. We are very careful with anything flammable. Please be extra cautious! Thank you!
• Home is not childproof. Use caution. All children must be ALWAYS supervised by adult as this is a waterfront property.
• Leave home in same condition as arrival. Please wash your dishes before checkout. If dishes are not washed fees may be applied.
• Please acknowledge that occasionally we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks left behind by previous guests if they are not empty. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. HOWEVER, ultimately, it is up to the guests’ discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for consumables.
• Residential use only, no business or filming may be conducted without prior written permission.

By staying on our property, you and your guests staying with you agree that we are not responsible for any liability of harm or accidents you might have while staying on or around our property to you or other guests in your party. You also agree you are responsible to watch over any minors or children, the house is not child proofed and you will not hold us liable for any harm or accidents to your child or the minor while staying on our property. Lastly, we are not responsible for any actions you, guests or minors take in terms of drinking or illegal drug activity. We do not allow underage drinking, drugs, or parties at our home and by doing so you are in violation of these terms. If police are called or accidents occur, you will be asked to leave immediately with no refund and will be charged for any damages.

We do not refund any cancellations due to a positive COVID test or any other illness.
No refunds will be issued outside of our cancellation policy.

Please exercise caution when swimming in the river, follow all posted signs and use/swim at your own risk.
