We had a very good experience with the venue. The themed room are the best we had since we started renting in Champions Gate area. We had a little issue during checking in but were addressed promptly. Thank you Heather. We will definitely come back for the nice experience

Great stay for our family and friends. Stayed with 8 adults and 6 kids and its was awesome. The kids loved the upstairs themed floor. It’s close to Parks. Overall it was an amazing stay for our daughter’s 5th birthday. Highly recommend for families with kids.

My family loved this property! It was enough space for all of us with beds to spare. The decor really set the tone for our Disney vacation and the house had plenty of amenities to enjoy even after a park visit! We enjoyed staying here and have marked it as one of our favorites.

This property was exactly like the pictures. This home was so beautiful. Me and my family loved and enjoyed this home. I mean it does have the basic wear and tear here and there, but the details in this house are perfect. The host was very great about communicating and responded quickly when ever I had a question. The only thing I would say we had to watch out for was a coyote because we had small children, but we saw dear and frogs. My grand kids had and amazing time. We definitely will be renting this property again!

We loved the house! Our kids loved the themed rooms and everything about the house was as listed except for the game room. Three of the games in the room weren’t working which was kinda a bummer for a couple people in our party but overall we were very happy with our stay! The location of the house is in a really nice spot. Communication with the host was fast and easy. We would definitely rent this house again.

Omgggg my family lovedddddd this house. Bring a fan for the frozen room. Its not bad but it does get warm in that room at night. The stay was awesome we had a blast. The Host response was so quick. She made sure everything was taken care of. I was told she has more properties. We will be booking again in may.

The house is beautiful and was a perfect match for my family. The game room was a hit but the hockey table did not work and was not the same one as in the listing. The bathrooms were very clean but could use a hand held shower head, especially when bathing small children. We had to go and purchase toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags as they were not adequate for the amount of people we had. The kitchen is beautiful but the stove and refrigerator are a bit old. Was not able to find any cleaning products under the sinks to wipe during our stay and clean the kitchen and sinks. The pool was very clean but the screen lanai was covered in spider webs and the spiders kept falling into the pool freaking out the kids. Overall it was a great place to stay and will book it again next year.

Overall this was a wonderful house and a fantastic stay. The host was amazing and very quick to respond with any issues or questions. When we arrived, the tile floors were very sticky - the first guests to arrive ended up going and buying cleaner and cleaning it again. The only other issue we had was the washer and dryer. The dryer ended up scorching and ruining some clothes and another one of our guests discovered that only hot water was hooked up to the washer so we couldn't do cold water wash. We had about 4 pairs of new shorts ruined in the dryer. So for future guests, make sure to put the dryer on a very low setting or air dry. Overall, we loved the house, had lots of room, the location was awesome, the game room was amazing and the host was very responsive. I would highly recommend this house.

My family and I were very disappointed with our trip. Day one: check in was suppose to be at 4 pm. We received a message around 5 pm stating the house was not ready for check in. I explained to the host that we had traveled 6.5 hours to get thereand we could not check in as promised thru the VRBO app. No accommodation were made to compensate us. The house was not fully cleaned. Dirty dishes were left in the dishwasher and the sink was filthy. There were also dirty dishes put up in the cabinets. On check out day, we were graeted by the cleaners a whole hour before check out. They were rushing us to leave before the check out time. Stating they had a fast turn around time for the next guest to check in . We were appalled because we did not receive the same treatment. If i could give this property a zero, I would. The gate code provided never worked the entire time we were there, so we had a hard time entering the property everytime we left. The overall stay was not a pleasant one, especially for the cost of this trip. Then we received a message after we left talking about we left 4 oxygen tanks????? Still awaiting the picture of the tanks that magically appeared after we checked out.
