Wow! What an awesome house to celebrate a family 60th. The indoor pool was the star attraction, with 18 to 86 year olds having fun.Lucas made everything so easy and was an absolute pleasure to deal with.

AWESOME PLACE!

Great location nice and close to the MotoGP track Phillip Island. Plenty of space and room and lots of parking. The pool and spa were awesome great to relax and to keep the kids busy. Recommend booking this place if you were going to stay in the area it is fantastic!

Perfect family getaway

We had an amazing 3 nights at this property with extended family! Kids and adults had a blast and enjoyed everything about the getaway - facilities at the property, location and views, and the breathtaking surroundings! Loved it all, thank you Lucas :-)

Brilliant location and lots for the kids to do

What a great place. The owner Lucas was so lovely gave the kids toys for the pool etc. Thank you to Lucas for renting this gorgeous home. The kids loved playing with the chooks as well. Perfect location across the road from the beach.

Lovely weekend away!

Thanks again to Lucas who was very understanding of our situation and was very helpful. The group had a great time, the property was spotless and had everything you would need while away. This was our second visit and definitely not the last :)

Holiday stay

Fantastic holiday week with the family. Had fun swimming in the pool, relaxing in front of the fire, and watching some movies in the theatre room. Our dog enjoyed being able to come on our family holiday too. Very clean house with lots of amenities.

We enjoyed a couple gets away, Great relaxing weekend in Surf Beach! Very spacious cozy family home, Beds were very comfortable. Pool kept at lovely 32°, definitely would stay again. -Jess

House to entertain

It’s a great house to entertain family and friends. We rented it for a whole weekend, did not need to go anywhere else the entire time. The kids enjoyed the heated pool and home theater!

The pool is fantastic, the home cinema and spas were great, and there’s plenty of different spaces for everyone. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the ceiling fans in all the rooms distributed the cold air from the upstairs and downstairs reverse cycles efficiently…we will be back again
